Trump routinely stops and answers press questions when he leaves the WH … more so than other presidents. He has held almost daily press conferences during this pandemic and while others spoke at those conferences -Trump took lots of time answering many questions. So you can doubt all you want - but you should take your blinders off … Just because you dont believe it - does not make it false … Trump is accessible to the press - too bad all they want to do is “make news” and not report news or ask questions other than “Have you stopped kissing Putin’s behind yet?” some other ridiculous question that is phrased to make Trump look bad … It really has become tiresome …

Not really, they just think he is the far better alternative than Joe B. There are things I wish he wouldn’t say and do, and I and others have said as much on here. Layoff twitter insults, don’t talk stream-of-consciousness in briefings, etc.

But I think the actual policies of Joe B are far worse, and that is how I vote. Others may vote on decorum, and that is there prerogative.
 
Except I’m not even sure it is Corporate America anymore, unless it has foreign ties???
 
Hey, I know a LOT of Democrats that stay in the party so they can bring it back to some middle ground… you know, working from the inside to hold off the liberal left???
 
I believe that some in the press do plan these questions out to make a name for themselves and they become the focus the story and get all that feigned press outrage - is that what you mean by staged? then yes … How about you ProVobis - Yes or no - have you stopped beating your spouse [or insert any other person you are acquainted with here] yet?

Well, having lived in the South since the 1960s, I have seen a lot of changes; however, the vast majority of racists, homophobes, and whatever I have known have been Democrats and remain Democrats.

The idea that Trump somehow contrasts with anyone in a claim of who is elitist, is just mind boggling.
Frankly, I don’t care that Trump is. I care that he is and somehow is pointing the finger at others.
He lives among elites almost exclusively and intentionally.
Personally the guy does his business on a GOLDEN TOILET in an ivory Tower when he is not living in the Post castle. And that’s before you describe his elite existence.

I guess except for Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms and those conservatives who left the Democratic party because of the civil rights programs. Jimmy Carter, a southern Democrat, said in '71 that the time for racial discrimination was over. This was while Reagan was against fair housing, the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act.

If you have found in the last 60 years that it is the Democrats in the South who are racists, then your review has been very selective.
 
It is simply amazing how a topic about the racism of Joe Biden goes off topic to become a Trump bashing thread.

Biden is scrambling to come back from this “ain’t Black” comment. The radio host is now really calling out the Democratic party for expecting the black vote to show up for the party but never really showing up for the black voters.

Bashing Trump is just a deflection from the real damage Joe Biden has done to his campaign and the Democratic party.
 
The topic is about Joe Biden, not Trump. It gets more difficult to defend Biden and the left so they trash the opposite side. You must be familiar with their often claimed word “whataboutism”. It seems they are doing quite a bit of that themselves now.
