…when I go to a Christian store in US …and can´t find a rosary:shrug:
I am not Catholic and the hateful things that were said about him were evil …and no i don’t think that is too strong a word. You feel hurt and offended when you read some of the tweets sent to Pope Benedict and start praying for him and the people who are saying such nasty things to him…![]()
To clarify things further, if you are aware that you are in a state of mortal sin, you cannot take communion until you made a valid confession.Huh?![]()
Amen.…you encounter a non-catholic talking craziness about Blessed Mother and you say “Say ONE MORE THING about my MOM and we’re going to have a PROBLEM!!!” :slapfight:
LOL - I don’t eat breakfast but I so do that to make sure I don’t accidentally drink my coffee too late.…you watch the clock when taking breakfast on Sunday morning before setting off for church.
(who can tell me the significance of that?)
There is still a little bit of a fast (1 hour before communion) regarding food.…you watch the clock when taking breakfast on Sunday morning before setting off for church.
(who can tell me the significance of that?)
you bless yourself with the sign of the cross at the beginning of prayers … even at table grace or with other Christians in the group.
When you’ve used perfect Latin elsewhere on the internet. (On an almost entirely English speaking site: “Hic non dicemus lingua latina”)…You wish you knew Latin. (Us none Latin speakers.)
Thought it was kind of cool when Fr Mitch wore his traditional Jesuit habit on EWTN Live when he had on a couple of the MFVA priests. Cassocks look SHARP!You know you’re an OLD Catholic when you see an SSPX priest and automatically assume he’s a Jesuit. (You see, the SSPX priests wear long cassocks with a thousand buttons and that sash like Jesuits used to wear, and perhaps some still do.)
