decades - whene’re I heard Catholic practice or beliefs misstated.
I assure you, I can ‘do’ apologetics with* élan.*
The day it dawned on me that no ‘savior’ was ‘awaited’ - by His
chosen people [messiah = ‘the anointed.’ Messiah does not =[/COLOR]
‘savior,’ ] was the day that I knew that Christianity held profound error.]
The God of Israel saves all people.
Saul of Tarsus confected a theological novelty - ‘original sin.’
No ontological sin - in man’s very being - no ‘need’ for a ‘savior’ from same.
Catholic theology is gorgeous. I appreciate it’s elegance,
and have so recognized same, since 1958.
Yet error, expressed elegantly…remains error.
Using the polysyllabic hypostatic union] fails to guise the reality.
A human being stated that he was God.
Over 2 billion human beings, in our own day, hold that Jesus was a God/man -
and that deity is triune, in nature.
Yet gorgeously expressed error, remains error, nonetheless.

So you, on your own, all by yourself, recognised this fatal error. Amazing! When all the Doctors and Saints of the Church and even Saint Paul, MISSED IT!! I stand in awe of your intellect. So, now what? Must we revise everything, or do we just keep stumbling along, under the guidance of the (now flawed) Holy Spirit? Please instruct me.
