Your favorite secular Christmas song?

“Snoopy’s Christmas”… I’m so happy a nearby city has a radio station that plays Christmas songs all day, every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas Day and they put this song into the rotation last year. It was my favorite as a kid and still is!

I also like “All I Want For Christmas is You”, but I like the version by Vince Vance and the Valiants (cannot stomach Mariah Carey!)

“The Twelve Days of Christmas” by John Denver and the Muppets. Don’t ask me why, maybe it’s Miss Piggy really getting into “five gold rings… ba dum bump bump!”
 
“Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Garland version’s the best but it’s hard to mess this one up. Rodgers and Hammerstein at their best.

I love Andy Williams and I am going to order his Christmas shows from netflix because I always enjoyed them.
I thought his wife was one of the most beautiful women in the world and I was so sad when they parted.

All time favorite songs “O Come All Ye Faithful”, “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” and “The First Noel”!

A well needed blow against political correctness and Happy Holidays/Season’s Greetings. And it is belly-laugh funny.
 
This is terrible, but my favorite is the 12 Pains of Christmas.

It reminds me of my best friend from when I was a teenager. She stayed the night at my house one night when we heard that song come on the radio for the first time we almost peed our pants laughing so hard. Everytime I hear that song now, I think of that memory.

Even to this day, I crack up laughing every time I hear the part of the grumpy guy putting up the christmas lights! 😃
