Praying for you iluv. You have had so much to deal with this year. 
But God is watching over you. I am having skin surgery tomorrow for a minor type of skin cancer…I share this because while your test came back positive, it could be a very minor thing…and the test is just reading for all cancers…minor and otherwise. I’m sorry you are dealing with this right now.
My prayers are going out to you. Put yourself in Christ’s hands, and He will envelope you with His peace and love.
Please keep us posted.

Prayers up. Mama had this diagnosis when she was in her mid 40s and is now 81 with no complications. Prayer is a mighty sword – never be afraid to ask for it. I will pray that God will strengthen your body’s defences and overwhelm evil with good.

Iluvmybabies - I’d be surprised if you were feeling anything other than how you are now feeling with the news you have just got. Certainly I did when I got the same news.
Think this is the worst time as you are in limbo - you’ve been told there is something wrong with your smear - but you don’t know exactly what. Reading info on the internet or in books doesn’t really help as you don’t know what’s applicable to you. Plus doing so can be scary.
And yes, there are people worse off than you but that does not cancel out your need for help and support. Also you need your energy to deal with the situation not guilt at how you are feeling.
On a practical level hope you are taking someone with you to your appointment on Wenesday. Also go armed with the questions you want to ask and get your support person to write the answers down.
