This is an awful video. It slams a young man without demonstrating anything that he said is false. Surely this man is promoting sin. Criticize THAT. Don’t criticize him for saying what outrageous things people did to him. If people did those things to you, do you think you would be much healthier than he is? And is there any evidence at all that he is lying?

Moreover, the end of the film uses effective treatments of transgenderism in children to suggest that SSA can be effectively eliminated in children. That is a total category error, since the two conditions are hardly identical.

Conversion therapy should NEVER be forced on children. Any parent who wants to put their child through that doesn’t know what unconditional love is. I know a lot of people want it banned all together, and I personally wouldn’t be against that. But I believe if any adult acting on their own volition wants to attempt these quacky therapies, that is their mistake to make.

I wouldn’t say that. You can love someone unconditionally while wanting to remove something that is a trial to them. The question is whether the therapy is harmful or not, and that depends on the therapy, and also on the question of how deeply rooted homosexuality is.
