Transgender - is not a gender…
Transgender people have a gender identity that differs from their sex assigned at birth.
In Catholicism - male and female are the only genders aka there are only two genders.
Acronyms such as LGBQ do not refer to genders.
They refer to various homosexual-connected sexual preferences.
They are sexual preferences; not genders

Sexual orientation is not a “preference.” A preference is “a feeling of liking or wanting someone or something more than someone or something else.” But for many gay men and lesbians, it’s not a case of liking one thing more than another, it’s a case of liking one thing and intensely disliking the other thing (sexual relations with someone of the opposite sex). For them, the other disliked thing is not even an option.

Is anyone saying it is?

Many, though not all, trans folks say there are only two genders.

Well, the Q very well might.

It’s not a preference.

Nor are any of them “preferences.”
Here we disagree.

For that suggests that no one has ever chosen to engage in homosexual activity
Everyone always chooses to engage in sexual activity of any sort unless they’re forced to do so or are unconscious. But the sexual or romantic attraction itself that a person feels to one sex or another isn’t chosen.

Sure it can be… Even a nominally heterosexual can choose to engage in homosexual sex.

Or bisexual. No bi erasure here. And I know homosexuality freaks you out but consider that most don’t have to be lead into anything but rather enthusiastically pursue it.

Anyone who uses the word homosexualism might be just a little freaked out, I think. I mean, you assert things about LGBTQ and still miss the mark kind of suggests you didn’t get close enough to the subject to understand it. Are you using a 10 foot pole or 20ft, or…?

I think it has more to do with being able to analyze things correctly since I never met anyone like that in real life and I am still able to understand to a general degree how they think.

In the U.S., I’m sure that any doctor can refuse to treat a belligerent, abusive patient. ER staff have to put up with every kind of patient.

I don’t think any doctor should be forced to treat a disruptive, rude, or unruly patient.

What is a figment of their imagination? You don’t assert that transgender folks are delusional. That’s a common misunderstanding on CAF.
