The indictment says nothing about collusion. It merely names the Russian military officers who, like the 9/11 terrorists, attacked this nation.

As POTUS, Donald Trump should not be meeting one-on-one with a man who just carried out an attack on this nation. Instead, he should be loudly demanding that Russia turn over the 12 officers to face charges and that Congress levy even more sanctions on them.

Russia is not a superpower. It’s only valuable exports are oil and natural gas, which this nation does not need. So there is no reason for Trump to make any “trade deals” with Russia, especially after their attack on this nation. At best, Trump is meeting with Putin so he can build a Trump Tower in Moscow. At worse, its to thank the man for helping to elect him president.

Either way, he is violating his oath of office to defend this nation. He should be impeached for that and everyone knows it.

This is a deeply disturbing story and speaks volumes about how the Republican base and right wing media are undermining our democracy by ushering in a new world order where autocrats rule the day…

Did Barack Obama demand that Iran turn over the perpetrators of the seizure of American diplomats? Did he refuse to allow Kerry to negotiate with the dictators of Iran? Did he demand that Iran turn over the Iranians who killed American soldiers in Iraq? No.

At least Trump isn’t giving Putin $140 billion dollars of American taxpayer money.

And Russia has seized the territory of other countries under Obama’s watch, and you don’t think Trump ought to talk to the perpetrator? Maybe there are things that can only be said face-to-face. Remember, Obama wouldn’t give arms to Ukraine. Trump has.

In light of the actual facts, this content of this post is fairly characterized as “careless and unsystematic; excessively casual”.
 
I thought the issue of Trump holding a one-on-one talk with Putin in light of the indictments handed down by the Mueller investigation, and the way Trump is aiding and abetting Putin’s influence campaign by denying that the Russian military attacked the United States, was so serious that I started a new thread on the topic.

I think we all need to talk about this. We could very well be watching treason taking place in plain sight. Putin ordered an attack on the United States and the POTUS is not only refusing to honor his oath of office and defend this nation, but is giving aid and comfort to an enemy.

Conspiracy, in and of itself, isn’t either. There must be a “conspiracy” to commit another crime for “conspiracy” to be a crime.

They did oppose it, vociferously, which is why Obama never submitted it to congress for approval. It would not have passed.

First, it was not a treaty. It was s personal deal between Obama and close Russia ally Iran. Treaties must be approved by 2/3 of the Senate.
$1.7 billion sent in cash! One has to ask if this was meant to fund Hezbollah.
