Yes, becuase the better choice then loaning them a meeting hall to use is to encourage Islamic Theocracies that opress anybody who disagrees with the leader of the moment.

and as for the thought that there might be a tabernacle in the sam room, does that mean we shouldnt allow protastants into the Sanctuary, as they dont believe in the Real Presence?
Protestants are not allowed in Catholic sanctuaries. They are allowed in the Church to participate to the Catholic liturgy and worship.

Many of these people are lower class and may not have a proper place to worship, but this type of compassion is misguided and could be applied in many other ways. I don’t see why they can’t use a Church’s commons area, but the sanctuary is where the holiest of holies resides, and we can not allow any disrespect.
A comparable situation would be if suddenly a group of Arians or even Manicheans arose, somehow I don’t think this priest would be so supportive then.

in my view, as long as they arent defacing anything in the church, and, as i would assume, mostly just using the space as a place to accomadate lots of people, in an area of Italy that probably does not have the open space for building like places like Montana does
It starts small and respectfully like this and then when a confident foothold is gained in the community, out goes the tabernacle, relics are desecrated, crosses come down and a crescent goes up on the roof. All of a sudden a church becomes a mosque. I reccomend reading up on the fate of churches in lands that fell to the muslims. They are very peaceful and tolerant of other religions until they see themselves as having the upper hand in the community then, well, you can just look to the middle east to see how things end up. A good place to start would be some research into dhimmitude. This is the logical conclusion of allowing this to spread unchecked, through well intentioned but misplaced tolerance.

I don’t think the issue is with allowing them into the presence of the tabernacle, but with allowing them to freely practice their heresy in the presence of the tabernacle.
