Why is it you assume the person was being factual, or is even anyone important, assuming they exist?

You want to believe it, so it must be all true.

If real I seriously doubt the op ed author is acting alone. I would think the author has “support” from others in the WH…I do not believe this op ed is a single lone voice at work in the WH.

It’s ALL disgusting, no matter who does it for whatever reason.

Disgusting as it is, the President used his own money to pay women BEFORE he held elected office. The ALREADY elected members of Congress paid women by the tax payers ( the House Administration & Senate Rules Committees paid). The one difference between" hush money" and women is that “Trumps Hooker’s” were willing participants, unlike the women that had to be paid because they were assaulted by Congressional members.

Doesn’t make any of this right, just saying Trump isn’t the only one who needs to change how they do things.

Well, I do not need to be told to do my research. I do! Real Clear Politics is not credible.

Real Clear Politics is not credible.
very little research is needed to realize that Real Clear Politics is merely posting polls done the many professional polling firms. RCP’s credibility is not germane to the the issue of ence’s approval/disapproval scores.

Best post of the thread! Literally laughed out loud 🙂

Thank You!!!

An average of polls isnt credible?

Okay, produce the poll that proves your point about Pence.

I am sure we all agree that humans make mistakes and get things wrong, are prone to rants and rash judgements at times, this is the human condition.

Only God is perfect.

So the premise that a leader can get things wrong , is one to subscribe too. And thinking critically about the decisions and actions of a president or pm is crucial to good governance of a country

Sure, but that has nothing to do with the accuracy of this report, whether or not the source is actually an senior official, or anything else.

You basically said everything you hear about everyone must be true because we are all prone to mistakes, more or less.

what has nothing to do with accuracy… How can you call this report in accurate. It is said to be by a senior official working in the white house.

who claims papers are taken off the presidents desk to prevent mistakes. Thats a pretty definitive statement that something is going on.

Are you privy to what goes on in the presidents office? If not, you cannot claim this is an inaccurate report . Or fake news.

and if the president is trying to find out who published this letter to prosecute them, there must be a bunch of truth in it.

the words fake news are not being spewed forth on twitter over this.

I did not say everything we hear about anyone is true,… show me where I said that or retract it. What a gross generalisation of what I said. You oughta be ashamed

Says it all…

"No matter how many outraged opinion pieces or news articles (but I repeat myself) the New York Times produces, no matter how many smarter-than-thou analysts with non-prescription eyeglasses mope about sadly on CNN, no matter how many Obama fan boys and girls left in the White House press corps shriek at the president whenever in earshot, it just doesn’t matter anymore.

The economy hums. Trump keeps us out of foreign entanglements. Wages increase. America’s traditional meritocracy replaces the Democrats’ grievance-based society. Life happens."

If you trust polls for facts and accuracy - there is a bridge in Brooklyn for sale.

One of 3 things is most likely.
  1. there is no source
  2. the source is someone in the white house, but not anyone high up of note, and is exaggerating their role.
  3. same as 2, but they are being truthful with their views in things.
You have decided that 3 must be it, despite nothing to support it. Of course trump is investigating it; the fact that you assume this means is must be true is silly. since when does everything that gets looked into or investigated automatically turn out true? You’d think that would result in 100% guilty verdicts in court, if so.

So you believe making things up is better than quoting an average of polls?

Okay, at lt least we know where you stand.
