O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

I’m currently trying to reflect upon it myself with difficult situations.

Gracious and holy Father, grant us the intellect to understand you, reason to discern you, diligence to seek you, wisdom to find you, a spirit to know you, a heart to meditate upon you.

May our ears hear you, may our eyes behold you, and may our tongues proclaim you.

Give us grace that our way of life may be pleasing to you, that we may have the patience to wait for you and the perseverance to look for you.

Thank you. That’s a wonderful quote from Blessed Solanus. It’s easier said than put into practice I’m afraid, at least for someone like me it is.

Do you happen to know if that Prayer of St. Benedict is available on a holy card anywhere?
 
I understand regarding the quote of Blessed Solanus… Dealing with difficult people and being in an unhappy situation can seem unbearable at times and take away our hope. I added it in because sometimes - at least for me- when I have difficulty seeing why a situation would be occurring and how could it be helpful when it is so awful or hurtful- sometimes the only way I could or can look up and forward is to think it has a reason bigger than me or the particular situation.

I have no idea regarding the prayer card. Maybe try a search for St. Benedict prayers. ? I don’t know. Sorry.

Prayer for everyone’s intentions

Heavenly Father,

I come to You today asking that You touch, bless, heal, and meet our needs mentioned here, and also any that haven’t been mentioned.

I pray the Lord bless us, keep us and meet our every need according to His riches in glory. Lord, I pray that You help us in anything and everything we need help in, Lord, lead us in the right direction that You have set out for us.

Lord, if there be anyone we have hurt, forgive us. Lord, if there is anything in our life we need work on, Lord, Please help us with it, show us.

Lord, we pray that You save those in need of being saved, heal those in need of a healing. Bless those in need of a blessing.

Meet the needs of those needing a job, a home, their financial need, whatever it may be, Lord. Please, meet those needs according to Your riches in Glory.

Lord move in each life and bless them beyond compare. Lord, minister to each in their own understanding. Lord, Bless us all, our families and friends. Lord, touch, bless, annoint, and heal us all. Lord, wrap Your arms around those needing comfort. Lord, keep Your hands of protection upon us all. Apply the Blood of Jesus upon our lives. Build a hedge around us and protect us from satan.

Lord, those broken hearted, depressed, feeling no one cares- Lord, wrap Your loving arms around them and fill their hearts with Your peace, joy, love and happiness.

Today, I was unable to pray my chaplet at the 3 o’clock hour, but I did include these in my Divine Mercy Chaplet today. I said a full decade for each person. I’m having to split the post because I prayed 15 decades. ( Yes, I understand that it is a 5 decade chaplet~ sometimes I say more ☺️)

The us is all those who have entered the visible Church through Trinitarian baptism. We have many sins of comission and omission. We need mercy.
