Where does it say we must be tolerant of sin??? My mind is not closed, neither are those of my fellow posters here. I love the person not the sin. For a Priest to stand up there in front of everyone from the very young children to the elderly and make this “Confession” is wrong. If he is suffering with SSA, he should have handled it in a different matter. He could have gone perhaps to his Bishop, confessed, and get help. What this Priest did is more or less self-promoting. He needs our Prayers, yes, but to “overlook or tolerate” his sin, no way.This thread is horrible. You guys need to open your minds and hearts instead of reacting with intolerance at everything that doesn’t agree with you.
