His attorney is having the villa appraised today. However, my husband does not want my
side to know what the outcome is. Please pray for his hardness of heart and lack of
cooperation. Really, many years ago he was the warmest, easiest going and compliant
man. Something snapped in him this year, and he is full of bitterness and hatred for me.
I want to remember his goodness. I do not know this stranger, and it is very difficult to
know how to handle him. We know he is struggling with his “sexual identity”, and that
he may be living with another person. Send prayers to Our Lady today.

Dear Kaylynn…what a wonderful person you are. You are so generous enough to strive to not be bitter with him and remember how good he used to be.That is so hard to do when he has hurt you so much and continues to try.This must be incredibly painful and yet you show such courage and compassion.You have the right attitude in that you will not allow him to hurt you.I will indeed pray for him to soften his heart and open his mind to cooperate and be fair!
I wonder would it be possible for you to obtain an independent appraisal or valuation? This way you would have an idea and proof of the true value.It is free in the UK but not sure about USA.

Dear sweet Theresa, how blessed by God I am to have made a wonderful friend across
the pond during this dreadful time. About the house appraisal, I asked the appraiser if
she could share the info with my attorney. She said: no, Larry is my client only if he
gives permission. So, I asked Larry by email (he does not speak to me by phone or in
person) and Larry said not unless MY ATTORNEY SAYS. AND there goes the
cooperation thing.

I wonder when the hate started festering. I asked him to tell me how long he was unhappy,
but he would not. He always felt I was threatening him with his private thoughts. so
secretive - this was an issue that crushed the marriage.

I know I had another good day today because you say St. Bernard’s prayer the
Memorare so many thousands of times. It was always, always one of my favorite Catholic
school prayers. The dear sisters who taught and toiled so hard for us…

Dear Kaylynn it is so painful the things he does and the way he treats you…but you are strong and you will move forward woth your life.One day this will all be in your past and you will have healed from the pain…the day will come…I know it!
In the meantime it is my honour to pray with you and for you.You remain in my thoughts also.
May God grant you strength and continued courage to cope and I pray your husband will realise his hurtful behaviour and change.

May God bless my girlfriend. I am babysitting a friend’s dog as I told you - he is
very affectionate (misses his owner). I was supposed to put him on his own rug to
sleep, He is a great comforter and consoler. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and
to the Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and every shall be world without end.

Theresa, today is a legal holiday in the States. Everything slow, slow, slow. No mail
even - so I enjoyed your prayer. My patience is frayed and raw. There is no movement
in the divorce. I am so afraid Christmas may be spent in Court. I have got to be patient
and trust - “to whom much is given, much will be EXPECTED.” I cannot let Our Lord
down.

Larry is also so fortunate . People on line and in my parish continue to lift him up in
thought. That is the greatest thing we can do for him at this time in his life. God will
do the rest. For so many years I made all the decisions–it would be difficult to be on
your own, even for him.

I continue to focus on exercise, the dogs. The realtor sends me information on what’s
ahead and available as far as living space in a new county. My sister, Victoria, is a treasure
beyond reproach. She lost a 22 yr. old son in a car accident and is no stranger to
tragedy. I offer up all my thoughts, words and deeds to the Lord on behalf of CAF. You
and so many other prayer warriors are a constant example of true goodness! God bless
and thanks. Your grateful comrade beyond the sea.

Kaylynn I want you to know that I think you are being very brave and so generous to your estranged husband.He is so lucky and blessed that you are as you are.How very generous of you to think of praying for him despite all the hurt you endure.God will bless you for this. Dearest friend,

Last night I was able to pray and focus on others. The hungry woman …and a woman in
our local area who lost 3 yr old twins in a fire. Oh, dear Lord…the great pain she must
suffer. So many people in New York and New Jersey in the dark with no power. First it’s
hot, then it’s cold, then it’s hot. My goodness. I have made a new acquaintance in my
neighborhood. Apparently, her husband has a job in the Washington, DC area. She is
frail and thin and cannot take the cold weather. So, she has a villa here in Florida now.
We are making plans to eat out soon. I cannot eat properly unless I have company!

Sending my usual warm wishes from the bottom of my heart. Cheers.
