Abusing muhammad?

Sister Amy read the Quran before knowing about Muhammad and was amazed. Someone might read the Book of Mormons and fall on his knees. If this is God’s proof for a book, humanity is in deep trouble. God warned and satan started by saying " no he did not say this".

I do not abuse Muhammad. What he did was more than enough to abuse his reputation.

Compared to Jesus, Muhammad’s morality is an insult to human intelligence.

Hey, waitaminnit. If Islam is a “stand-alone” faith, why does it claim to originate with Abraham? Why are Moses and Jesus part of your faith? Why does the Qur’an have to “confirm” parts of Christianity if Islam is a stand-alone faith?
This is the usual thing that I see/read time and again. Islam and muslims fall apart whenever they have to prove their assertions. It was only a pipe dream of mohammed and the muslims just continue that dream.

It is all a sham.

But, I don’t think sister amy is ready to admit it. I haven’t seen any knowledge of a greater level of islam coming from her than from anyone else’s on these posts. In fact, quite the opposite which isn’t unusual from muslims.

I have a sneaking suspicion there is more to sister amy’s life too. Either she cannot leave, or some pride might be a factor in the decision too. Usually time cures that sort of thing. Anyway we should all pray for her and the other muslims because instead of seeing the Light, they are mired in mohammed’s darkness.

Sister Amy is someone who rejects that Jesus was crucified because of a sentence she does not understand and yet boasts about a sentence she does not understand. What happened to Jesus and the prohecies about Him do not matter, what matters is that the Quran is so amazing that “no one” could prove otherwise, or so she was told.

Islam does not have a leg to stand on without previous scriptures, yet they oppose it…even the apocrypha opposes Muhammad…the easiest way out is obviously “corruption” but when, by who, in which era, which church, which country, it doesn’t matter…what matters is Muhammad because his book is a masterpiece.

The problem is, i dont think some muslims are capable of thinking ourside the ‘islamic square’. They are told to do a,b & c, but when d is asked of them, panic breaks out.
If you are taught from a young age how to live, eat, sleep, talk, walk etc, there isnt much room to ‘think’. Its a robot mentality, a mentality thats hard to break.
Put it this way, if you have a child and tell them that 2+2 = 3, they will tell you this is wrong, its 4. But if your muslim and your told it equals 3 because muhammad told your so, they believe it, because they think he cant do no wrong.
You can show them all the evidence that 2+2=4, but they will just ignore it and say, its not in the quran.

I think if we compare the way Jesus rescued women from being downtrodden to being the equal of Man is one huge proof there why Jesus was the greater! Jesus also taught us to love thy neighbor as thy self…this was fantastic teaching and what a lesson for us all…dont be so ego-centric,reach out to others…from this came hospitals, charity wards, soup kitchens…etc etc…all of these from the teachings of Jesus! His religion gave us orders…some of men others of women ,dedicated to helping others 24 hours a day…no fan fare,no flashing bulbs or politics…just nuns, priests, monks, missionaries etc etc…bringing light to a dark world…it was a Christian like Cortez who discovered and then destroyed the evil aztec empire, when ,upon entering what is now Mexico city, discovered tens of thousands of skulls…mostly children…remains of those sacrificed for a sun god!..Jesus gave us dignity and civilization…the other just a sword.

I agree. From what I’ve seen so far of her she seems like she is a good person just terribly misguided by the great deceiver. I pray she sees the light and is guided to the truth!!

Hello, fellow CAFlanders. 🙂

Sister Amy has said she believes what she believes because she believes it; in other words, she believes something is true simply because she believes it to be the truth. To put it in even briefer terms: truth is relevant to her beliefs. To her, the Qu’ran is incorruptible because she believes it is incorruptible. No amount of discussion or reasoning will change her mind about Islam. It’s quite pointless. The best we can do for her is just pray, and correct her statements on Jesus and Christianity for the good of other souls.

And yet, mohammet and his allah actually say in so many ways that allah is not YHWH. YHWH is not even amongst his 99 beautiful names :-

I pray for all muslims to see the Truth. I especially pray for all people living in persecution under Islam - non-muslim and muslim.

Dear Madam - Shalom/Peace

It is true that God is watching us, and it is to Him that all of us are to leave final judgment on motives. Meanwhile, we must struggle along with the limited knowledge and insight we have. However, it’s another thing to accuse others of abusing someone like Mohammad, and demanding death for such statements via fatwahs, when the accused have quoted from the ahadith and from the holy Quran. That amounts to denying those sources.

For instance, Muslims consider non-Muslims as unbelievers, of course. However, in a good numer of places in the Quran, one reads saying, in effect, “Slay the unbeliever!” These saying of the Prophet outnumber by far his earlier peaceful sayings and carry more weight. So in Muslim countries, following Sharia law, non-believers are first invited to become Muslim; if they accept, all is well and good. If not, they must pay the jyzra tax, and accept any humiliation without complaint. If they protest, they can be (and are) punished. If they refuse, they must leave the area or face persecution and/or possible death.

All of this is taught in mosques whose imams are faithful to the Quran, and has been documented in the historical record. To speak this truth is to respect it. To accuse those who speak it as being abusers of the Prophet, is to disrespect the Prophet, because his sayings are enshrined in the Quran, and expanded in the ahadith. To point out that he commanded unbelievers to be slain is to speak the truth, and is not an abuse of Mohammad nor of Islam. To claim that such speaking is an abuse not to be tolerated amounts to saying that the Prophet did not say such things. Such a claim would be an untruth, since in the Quran we find this and many other like things that the Prophet DID say.

And to cite these other things is not a condemnation, either. The Prophet did say them, and his followers accept them. Those who do not follow Mohammad do not accept them, and say so. For that, these have been condemned to death by Islam more than once. [eg., Rashid]. So Islam also disrespects unbelievers and critics.

So please do not imitate those whom you accuse of writing nasty notes, and judge them as intending to be disrespectful. They do not have the background of Islam as you do, just as you do not have the extended knowledge of Christianity that they do.

A long reply, this; I hope it helps.
Well, thank you. This is certainly a very good post that I’ve seen in a long time. Hopefully Muslim posters concerned will take heed on such reasonable advice.

InJesus: Thanks for the contribution of such decisive comment in your posts.🙂

May God continue to bless and keep you.

In another thread, the Muslim believe that “Before Abraham was, Muhammad was”

Remember that an illiterate who is learning to read (and write) has a tendency to believe whatever he/she reads at the first time. So, if Muhammad was illiterate, after a quick course of Arabic by somebody unknown, tend to believe whatever given to him. So, if that somebody said this is the word of God although he did not mean that, Muhammad believed it without question.

Yep, they are not encourage to ask why it is 3 instead 4. The answer is very normal such as “Quran said so” or “Muhammad said so”.

There is no doubt that muslims worship mohammet as a god; only the anti-christ could have achieved this desecration.
Things that Muhammad can never say is “Forgive them, O Lord, for they do not know what they do”, and saying that when he is under torture by other.
