I knew I had found my spiritual director when for my penance, he told me to go to Adoration and reflect. I ran to the perpetual adoration chapel on the corner and ran back to the Mass he was celebrating a few minutes later, in peace.
I don’t think my parish has perpetual adoration…at any rate, it is far away. I miss being back at college where that chapel was just down the street!
