Almighty Father,
You desire not the death of the sinner,
but that he may be converted and live.

My friend, you are in my prayers. May Almighty God bless you and keep you, through Our Lord Jesus Christ, His Only Son who loves you, in the abundant grace of the Holy Spirit, the Divine Consoler.
As mjlisa mentioned, the sacrament of Confession is extremely important - it is the fount of God’s loving mercy - fly to it my friend!
Know always that He loves you infinitely and is prepared to forgive any and all sins and embrace you in His arms again.
