No, it is common sense. If you were searching for a Chinese criminal, you would look for suspects with Asian features.

Immigrants did not cause our economic breakdown nor do they threaten our homeland security.

Immigrants didn’t cause the breakdown because they are here legally. Likewise, they don’t pose a threat to homeland security. On the other hand, illegal aliens are both a drain on the economy and a potential threat to homeland security. They are a drain on the economy because they steal our jobs and lower our wages. Also, many illegal aliens are involved in organized crime, which is a threat to domestic security.
