But what is the relevance of that. Mueller does not control all of the people in DOJ that had to approve the warrant request, or the judge.

Not really, you just need to find a judge willing to sign off on it for whatever reason. It doesn’t need to stand up in court. If the point is to legally isolate Trump, which I’m just speculating it might be, the mere threat of having your other client’s information seized would be enough to keep a lawyer from taking Trump as a client.
 
Mueller should receive a very negative performance review … has not even submitted a written report after spending more than a year investigating Russian collusion.

He should be transferred to the Kabul field office investigating the grocery store purchases at the American embassy.

If the motives are corrupt, one has a lot of work to do to explain the trail of sign-offs for such a warrant. A trail that includes major Trump supporters. There is an easier explanation and that there evidence was uncovered of serious criminality on the part of Cohen, and all of the people in the trail concurred in seeking the warrant.

What nonsense! In order to know what’s privileged and what isn’t, one has to read it. Having read it, the agent knows about the activity in a way he never could otherwise.

There wouldn’t be any. The client would become afraid of his lawyer, terminate the relationship and that would be that.

Agent one is not agent two. The agents involved in determining privilege are not those involved in the criminal investigation and keep privileged information from them.

But there was. A judge looked at what the US attorney presented. It passed.

I wouldn’t call a lawyer who defends one who has had multiple counts of fraud and racketeering charged against him a libertarian. Read the platform.
 
It’s not New York State court. It’s Federal Court, New York Southern district. It has nothing to do with Schumer. It’s a Federal Court, located in New York.

For Trump, maybe, but i don’t view this as either a threat to my rights, or those of Americans that have nothing to hide.
