have you been in a Sunday USPS hub?
Many times. The USPS at the Atlanta Airport is open 24/7. I ship packages from there all the time.
Not the same as seeing the Amazon operation or discussing it with the managers
It wasn’t meant to be the same. It was only a remark that was an answer to the question of if I had been in a hub on a Sunday.
you can’t seem to see the difference of paying for a lower priced service but getting the worked performed at the highest priced service.
I come from the standpoint of each entity having the burden of managing its own expenses and risks. If a customer purchases an item or service in a store and the item or service was priced such that the store has lost revenue on the purchase, I do not see the customer as having any fault in that transaction. If the price happened to be below market price, I don’t put fault on the customer. If the store realized there was a problem in their pricing, then it is up to the store to change the pricing.

This is analogous to what I’ve seen here; where Amazon is the customer and there appears to be an attempt to fault the customer for what the provider is offering there goods or services for.
Mail standards were changed years ago, it isn’t new, nobody paid attention.
People probably pay the most attention to the effects that changes have on them.
Okay I’m done, think what you want…
My thoughts are not the outcome of what I want. Ex: if I want my bank account to be higher, I will not think it is higher in response to that want.

I see prompts to feel a certain way for the entities of discussion and their arrangements, but the scant details that are available include reports of declaratioins from the USPS of the arrangement being profitable, and the USPS being profitable until the requirement to pay for 75 years of retirement was made. Further, the alleged problem appears to be addressable by the USPS through either negotiating a new price or terminating the agreement (which they have the freedom to do).
