I wouldnt suggest anyone not to pay taxes and risk arrest but there is a priciple of truth and honesty here. Shouldnt people know the truth?Why waste my time…are they going to tell me not to pay my taxes? All right. I am slowly watching this video between breaks from washing dishes. It is easy to watch, just long, but it isn’t boring.
I’m a bit confused though. If a person does not pay taxes, how does the government run? I don’t want us to devolve into anarchy.
I’ve only watched ten minutes but I will try to finish the whole program today.

Thus far I have watched thirty minutes and I will probably watch some more later. I think that thirty minutes is enough to give you a feel for the video.Why waste my time…are they going to tell me not to pay my taxes? I am not certain what I think, at this point. I need to do more research on the topic.

yeah I watched about 30-45minutes of it…it just looks like to me that is, like a way for people to get out of paying taxes.

That is not true. Thre Supreme Court ruled that the amendment only gave the government the right to tax without apportionment and that it did not give them the power to tax anything new.

Has anyone else ever read the tax code? It is the biggest collection of legal doubletalk and deception ever assembled. The definition of “income” is a perfect example. If you look in the section of definitions you find that the definition of “income” for the purposes of the tax code is what it was defined as in the “Tax act of 1913” but they do not say what that is. If you look it up you find that in the 1913 act “income” is defined as “profit from corporate activity”. I don’t know about you but I do not have any “income” as it is defined in the code. Another prime example is “withholding”. The original requirement to have your taxes withheld (thereby allowing the government to earn interest on money you should be earning interest on and hiding from you just how much you are paying) was struck down as unconstitutional because it was mandatory. This is exactly why the W-4 form is called a “Withholding Allowance Certificate”. You are allowing them to withhold the money. They just do not tell you that you are allowing it and give the impression that it is mandatory. The government does not have the legal authority to tax wages or compensation but just try to fight them in the tax courts that they control.

Another telling example of the deception present in the tax code is in relation to withholding. When you read the section on withholding it says that “employers shall withhold…”. Now, in plain english this means that employers are required to withhold taxes from your pay but this is not plain english, it is corrupt lawyer/politician talk. When you go to the very useful section on definitions and look up the word “shall” you find that "for the purposes of this section the word *shall *is to be interpreted as having the same meaning as the word may". That changes the meaning somewhat does it not? Why not just use the word may? Simply because they were perpretrating a fraud on the American people and had to word it very carefully to make it sound mandatory while avoiding having anything ruled unconstitutional as they did with the original mandatory withholding and with mandatory contributions to Social Security. What? You did not know that Social Security is not mandatory either? Yes, participation was originally mandatory but the courts ruled that unconstitutional so they hid the fact that it is not mandatory in a mound of legal manure that makes it sound mandatory. As you can tell, I could go on about this forever. I have studied the tax code and Constitutional law in great depth and I know that if the founding fathers were alive today they would call not only for another revolution, but for the heads of just about everyone involved in the higher levels of the Federal government. The frustrating thing is that on this issue it does not matter who you elect among the Democrats or Republicans, they are just opposite sides of the same crooked fence.

Do not worry. The country was not gripped by anarchy before this fraud was perpetrated on the American people and it will not be if the scam is ever exposed and done away with, which is VERY unlikely. The main result would be that the Federal Government would go back to being what the founding fathers intended and several thousand federal government folks including our Senators and Representatives would have to stop living like kings and return to being public servants.

Exactly. I have known just about everything shown in the video and far more since the early 90’s but I still pay taxes and do not suggest that anyone else stop doing so. The same people who are pocketing our money run the courts you would be dragged in to. That is why he refers to it as Fascism.

No they are not going to tell you that. They are trying to educate you. Their hope in doing so is that a large enough majority of the people will get furious about having their income illegally confiscated to put an end to it. Wishful thinking. Kind of goes along with the sad fact that more people recognize photos of Britney Spears or Eminem than the major figures in our government. Everyone knows about the latest Hollywood gossip but how many know what partial birth abortion really is? Our society has some major problems.It seems odd that people will waste time on very superficial movies but wont take an hour to watch this video

You would think that the people that can not afford this (to pay taxes, have tax withholding out of their paycheck) would be the FIRST ones to protest this…but they sit and complain about how they have no money or not enough money

Sorry, I have to leave the discussion. I am in the mortgage business and our phones are ringing off the hook with calls from people in a panic wanting to refinance before the Market tanks and rates soar as a result of the Democrats winning Congress. The Dems track record on the economy does support their concerns but the rush of panic is not just surprising, it is amazing. It looks like we will be very busy for quite some time. Best wishes to all for a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

I just wathched the full video. It was very powerful and clearly explained what I try to tell my family, friends and co workers. Democrat / Republican is a non-issue. It’s the bigger picture of the eroding middle class and enslavment of the average person.
