I can’t speak for the feds, but I work in my state’s government and our state income tax does most definately go to pay for basic services such as fire, police, etc. Also, property taxes do not go to the feds. I’m sure they vary by state and local millages, but here they pay for state education funding and local services. None of that money goes to the federal government.Hi pnewton,
A big part of the problem is exactly what you state. The income tax does not pay for any services. It’s only purpose is to make rich bankers richer.
Gas taxes pay for the infrastructure, Property taxes pay for Education, Corporate taxes pay for the military, Income tax pays the interest on money given to the government by the federal reserve which is not a government entity.
Before pushing the movie aside you should see it.
