I have attended sporting events in USA, I just stand when an anthem other then my own is played. The best example is at the opening and closing ceremony of the Olympics when the host nation’s anthem is played. If the national anthem is playing, and there is an audience member that is not from the USA, what should that person be doing during the anthem?
