Hi Everyone
I am the new kid on the block!
I am an Anglican Deacon who was part of the group which left the Episcopal Church. I belong to the Diocese of the San Joaquin located in the San Joaquin Valley of California.
Under the leadership of our Bishop we were the first Diocese to leave and we are one of the formative Dioceses of The Anglican Church of Naorth America
On the discusion about Anglicans being Catholics I believe that the ultimate goal of our two churches should be to become one church under the See of Rome.
One of the current problems with the Anglican Communion is that the Archbishop of Canterbury has no authority! He cannot put a stop to the liberal Episcopal Church sins. They have all but denonced Jesus Christ. The has been a cancer in the church slowly eating away at the foundations of Christianity
My worry is the people who are true to Christianity who are in the pews of the Epsicopal Church who have been silent do not know that they are losing their church.
God save us all!
