Oof, requesting a call back. Does anyone prefer being kept on hold??? I once worked in a call centre and at least at ours, it literally called you back in the order of calls received, so there’d be no advantage to choosing ‘hold’. (At least not that I can think of.)
(Ive just given up being on hold for over 30 mins. why can’t they just pick up? and I know the centre is located in my city and they’re not that busy.)

Cell. We still have a landline but I can’t recall the last time either of us used it except to field a call from a telemarketer (and that wasn’t me, that was him ).
