I’m not even as cautious as that .I recently got a vaccination. I waited 10 years before getting it. I feel that it’s safe and effective now. I wouldn’t have recommended it 10 years ago.
On that note, I noticed that Clinton, Bush, and Obama have all said they will take the vaccine publicly, as a bi-partisan display and example. But in our hearts and minds we are two separate peoples.
I find it hard to believe that most people get vaccines for this reason. They get them to protect themselves from the illness. I can’t imagine the motivation is going to be any different with Covid.Just don’t delay so long that you defeat the point of vaccinations in the first place…community immunity!
Indeed. We’ve both come to the same conclusion for our current circumstances. In yours, since I’d be in a job requiring public contact, I would probably get the vaccine. However, I’m not going to call someone selfish or inconsiderate for not making the same decision I would.I’m not even as cautious as that .
I’m willing to take it after five years.
I’m not even against this vaccine or vaccines in general.
It’s not made from fetal tissue.
Our religion is okay with vaccines.
But the speed at which this has been rushed makes me uneasy.
And the rhetoric around “good people will submit to this vaccine, or else they’re evil, selfish, inconsiderate poopyheads” is making me incredibly anxious.
No, I will not be getting any vaccine. Please share.
I feel that we all benefit from the risks of others every day, in ways we can’t even imagine, and I take no issue with that, so I take no issue with this.To all those who say “I won’t take it until many millions of others take it first”, how do you feel about benefitting from the risk that others take? Those who take the vaccine are doing it as much for those who don’t take it as they are doing it for themselves.
I am not “wrong” about “vaccines:”, as I was speaking in general, not specifically the cursed covid-19 mRNA “spike” (like what was used to crucify Jesus, in the “arm”) vaccine.Wrong about the vaccine - …
I disagree. I find it rather the height of paranoia to see people taking the vaccine and assume it must be something else because of…Seriously, just more symbolism over substance.it’s not tin foil thinking
Thank you! A friend from one of the Protestant churches I play for just called me and we had an encouraging talk. So I’m a little more cheerful now. I don’t known how people survive without Jesus and His Church!I’msorry to hear about your husband,Peeps.I feel your pain.My husband had a severe stroke three weeks ago,was discovered to have covid as well, which may have been the cause of his stroke to begin with. I too miss his presence here at our home, especially in the evenings and when I go to bed.Prayers for you and your husbands recovery. A difficult time for sure.
