How do you know that God wants to do that? I suspect that God would not want to create something which is logically impossible. I doubt that you can prove to us that God would want to create a square circle.
I find your reasoning here to be half baked because I don’t see any evidence that God wants to create something which is logically impossible.

That is different from saying God cannot do what He wants. You don’t know that God wants to do the logically impossible.
