The super volcano huh. Do you realize that one eruption from those could send the world into apocalypse and societal collapse? Everything hangs by a thread.

Speaking of super volcano, I took this photo while climbing Humphey’s Peak , the highest point in Arizona. It shows a little bit of the caldera and how the volcano blew out the side of mountain (like Mt. St. Helen’s) towards the east and the painted desert.

@Comdiean guy Jim above in the video.

He funny.

hehehe

Now, Jim, get your… out there and hike!!

I do have a Jeep that you have to do a pull up (not quite) to get into . It does have big tires and it IS a gas guzzler.

But I like it, except for the gas mileage. (14 mi / gal ??? 🤔 😮 😭)

Here’s a picture from the rim of that nasty super volcano. It was intimidating up there. I really was hoping it didn’t explode again. I’d be a goner if it did.

If it’s got hair, I don’t care! I shot this deer while birding in Florida canyon in the St. Rita mountains.

See that little bump on the top of that mountain. That’s Swiftcurrent Lookout in Glacier Nat’l Park, again from the Highline Trail. I hiked to it. It just about killed me.

I shot it with my camera. I don’t shoot things with guns anymore.

*editing to add that I just found out the roads to Florida Canyon are closed because of a fire started by recreational shooters. This is the second fire in the area started by firearms enthusiasts target shooting on tinder dry public lands on windy days. The first one was started by an off-duty Border Patrol agent. He was shooting at exploding targets.
