Since Nixon we are all Keynesians now. We depend on the government to print money and keep printing till everybody’s happy, which will be never.

You’d think that was the case, based on the rhetoric. The fact is they try to come here because of our capitalist system, our individual rights, and sometimes our safety net.
Facts: best constitution, best economy in world history. American exceptionalism.
 
She should set a shining example and represent her constituents for free like Trump😃
 
Also default currency, strongest superpower, and enough resources to feed 3 times the world’s population.

But it would be impossible for everybody to own a mansion under capitalism. As another user pointed out, capitalism literally favours many houses staying empty than homeless people having access to them. This isn’t merely due to the greed of any number of wealthy elites. It’s because capital doesn’t allow for the production of goods for need, but instead favours the endless accumulation of value. Capital produces for profit, to make money, not to satisfy needs. We need to do away with a system of production built around the production of value rather than the satisfaction of human needs, and this means doing away with capital, wage labour and money.

Whereas, under socialism, only the elite ruling class get mansions, protected by military, of course.

Under socialism, those houses might be empty because their occupants said the wrong thing about the ruling class.

As one can observe, production or said goods leads to the availability of products of need. That is why, in America, they are far more readily available.

By creating profit, people can be employed to satisfy their own needs. Under socialism, mere needs are often left wanting.

And replace it with poverty, want, and dictatorial power.

Capitalism is great for accumulating wealth, but it doesn’t give one the morality or imagination with what to do with that wealth.

Capitalism is still the greatest force today to end poverty.

And as far as those aspirations of a new socialist/communist America? Dude, the only one advocating for American socialism is losers in life that resigned themselves that they’ll never be anything more than they are.

Never underestimate. Many elite socialists are very smart, and plan to be very successful as members of the authoritarian socialist ruling class.

The elites? Yeah, some are smart, most are just privileged and lazy. It takes the numbers to win though, and those duped early enough are the true believers of the movement.

As an aside, those zoo animals that weren’t eaten in Venezuela have starved to death.

but look at stores like Walmart and the Dollar Store, Kroger’s, WinDixie… I don’t see what you are seeing. People are producing items that people want and need. It’s not just making money. They provide items that we want and will pay for. It’s called supply and demand. If the demand is not there, they don’t sell their products and they don’t make money… it’s not as evil as you profess…
