Throughout the 80’s I was an active member of the Right to Life organization and I became aware of how the issue can blind some people to the bigger picture. Incidents like bombing abortion clinics and murdering a doctor from the clinic, were at very least a ‘necessary compromise’ to some but at worst, a necessary step because this was a ‘war’. I for one cannot ignore the big picture and the role of the whole culture of death that ‘justifies’ abortion. And more than any time in US history this is a time to make your individual vote a statement that a new party is demanded by us. Third party voting.
