Are husbands who use pornography most likely cheaters?

Yes, this is a 4 year old dormant thread, but maybe the Holy Ghost inspired somebody to resurrect it for a reason? 🤷

The real thing to think about on this one is what kind of person are we talking about. If a person is Catholic and struggling to deal with a porn addiction, they will almost always try to keep it a secret. They are ashamed of what they are doing because they know it is wrong. For these people, we have hope! If they are ashamed of something they do alone, then I venture to say that they will not in turn cheat physically.

The flip side is the person whose morals are not grounded in the Church and doesn’t think viewing porn is wrong. These folks will definitely progress to physically cheating.

In the end, no matter who they are, we should reach out and try to help them!

It is better to start a new thread, lest posters address comments or private messages to the original poster under the mistaken impression that this is a current problem.
