Every prisoner released from Gitmo has testified to it.
Ooooo, that makes it all true then, eh?

Reminds me of the old saw about folks in prison claiming they’re all innocent.

:rotfl:

I’ll give OBL credit for one thing–whoever he had write that manual where they teach their people for cry torture if they are captured sure knew what they were doing.

I wonder…has Al-Qeada wormed it’s way into the ACLU?
From the Tagbu Report:**
**
CONCLUSION**

** 1. (U) Several US Army Soldiers have committed egregious
acts and grave breaches of international law at Abu
Ghraib/BCCF and Camp Bucca, Iraq. Furthermore, key senior leaders in both the 800th MP Brigade and the 205th
MI Brigade failed to comply with established regulations, policies, and command directives in preventing detainee abuses at Abu Ghraib (BCCF) and at Camp Bucca during the
period August 2003 to February 2004.
  1. (U) Approval and implementation of the recommendations of this AR 15-6 Investigation and those highlighted in
previous assessments are essential to establish the conditions with the resources and personnel required to prevent future occurrences of detainee abuse.
hmmm…In addition to the abscence mention of Gitmo…is it just me or does this pretty much dissolve the argument or not?

Way to neatly snip out the bit where our own soldiers and the Chief of Staff of the State Dept. throughout Bush’s first term tell the same story.

Error of fact. I posted a link to the WHOLE report and posted the WHOLE conclusion section of that report.

While we’re on the subject, have you noticed that automobile manufacturers are required by law to put airbags and seat belts into every car they sell?

And drivers are required by law to have their seat belts fastened?

And automobile owners are required by law to have collision insurance if they drive on the public roads?
