It isn’t only in the East that muslims show their true selves - it is also in the West that they ultimately show their true selves. We have found hate literature in their mosques here in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the EU and UK.

They (so called ‘moderate’ muslims) riot in Europe and the UK over cartoons, but slaughter by muslims is still carried on without a peep.

We see ‘honor killings’, slavery, hate speech (anti-semitism and anti-‘anything western’), celebrating and ulalating after 9/11 by muslims - who are always blaming the Jews for that but we got them on video time and again doing the deeds, and other crimes while the perps are yelling or have written notes with ‘allahu akbar’ on them! And every, single time we hear - oh, that isn’t a part of islam while ALL of these instances have been carried out by muslims from many different muslim countries that have sharia law that DOES NOTHING TO STOP THESE!

“Accepting those things” is not equal to theologically endorsing or supporting them. If I apply your reasoning to theology, I may conclude “Sin is nothing bad because Allah lets people prefer evil to good and be sinners”. Your argument is thus fallacious.

I guess I must repeat: The New Testament does NOT allow any kind of polygamy. You are always wasting your precious time and losing your credibility by repeating your already rebutted assertions.

Answer:… The hadith states that when Almighty Allah initially prescribed fifty daily prayers on the Muslim nation, Prophet Moses (p) advised Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to return to Allah and ask Him to make them less than fifty.

Then Allah granted the Prophet’s appeal and made them only five daily prayers, yet they are equal to fifty prayers in reward.

 . The fact that prayer was prescribed on the Prophet’s Night Journey and Ascension in the way mentioned in the hadith was never rejected by any of the exegetes of hadith. ..

They never claimed that it was an Israelite narration intended to prove Moses’s superiority over Prophet Muhammad. … On the other hand, why should this narration be thought to be an advantage on the part of the Jews?

Rather, it shows their disobedience to Moses when he enjoined them to perform the prayers prescribed on them by Allah. That was why Moses asked Prophet Muhammad to ask Allah to prescribe less prayers so as not to suffer the disobedience Moses suffered from the Jews.

Moses said to the Prophet: “I have tested people before you, and I have tried my level best with the Children of Israel (in vain).” The exegetes of this hadith pointed out that Moses told Prophet Muhammad that though the Jews were physically strong and had longevity, they were too impatient to obey him.

....In fact, the argument of those who reject this part of the aforementioned hadith for fear that Moses may be regarded superior to and guardian of Prophet Muhammad is baseless. This is because Muhammad himself honors and praises Moses, Jesus, Jonah and many other prophets.

The Prophet says, as stated in an authentic hadith: “I am the nearest of all the people to Jesus, the son of Mary, as there has been no prophet between me and him.”

Moreover, the Prophet says about Moses: " Do not give me superiority over Moses, for on the Day of Resurrection all the people will fall unconscious and I will be one of them, but I will be the first to gain consciousness, and will see Moses standing and holding the side of the Throne (of Allah). I will not know whether (Moses) has also fallen unconscious and got up before me, or Allah has exempted him from that stroke.”

Furthermore, the Prophet says about Jonah: “No one should ever say that I am better than Jonah ibn Matta.”

Almighty Allah Himself commands Prophet Muhammad to follow in the footsteps of His prophets. Almighty Allah says: “Those are they whom Allah guideth, so follow their guidance” (Al-An`am: 90). Does this mean that they are superior to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

Yes , I trust u . There could be some bad Imams who can try to rape students but openly one can’t declare that he is a gay / rapist & can still remained as an Imam at mosques. God Willing , Muslims will never be that liberal to accept gay/rapist Imam as their religious leaders.

Planten, normally I am much nicer than I am about to be, but I’m sorry, there are no nice ways to say that you sound like an idiot right now.

Things you need to know to get even the smallest shred of credibility back:

1- With the exception of Vatican City, there are NO Christian countries in the entire world. All countries where Christians predominate are thoroughly and completely secular, and their people are generally not practicing Christians, but maybe consider themselves “culturally” Christian if that’s what their parents or grandparents were, if they went to church as a child (but stopped when they reached 14 years, 16 years, whatever age), etc.

2 - Following number 1, you CANNOT present anything that happens in France, Germany, Italy, Argentina, etc as being indicative of how “Christians” behave. They are people in secular countries, who might not even believe in God, and anyway do not care what the Bible says about anything. This is a common attitude: The Bible is old, I don’t understand it, it is some silly fairytales about people in the Middle East slaughtering goats, etc. Or they say “Well, God loves everyone, so I know he loves me too, so I can do whatever I want and he will still love me. It doesn’t matter.” These people are lazy and wrong. How can they be Christians? Only when YOU want them to be, right? Because then you can talk about “a filthy looking Christian gay” (how did you know he was Christian? Did he just come out of Mass at a Cathedral? Was he wearing vestments?) trying to have sex with your friend in the street, as if that’s something that happens with every Christian everywhere throughout the “Christian” west, and not something that you just made up because you hate Christianity and Christians! Give me a break!

3 - Christians most definitely have laws, and we do try to live by them. Guess how many times I’ve murdered someone, coveted my neighbor, dishonored my parents, blasphemed against God, and made myself idols to worship today? This month? This year? Since I became Catholic? The answer is the same for all time-frames: ZERO TIMES. And I don’t even consider myself a particularly outstanding Catholic! Many others practice much more rigorously than I do!

4 - Christians can marry! Where do you get the idea that Christians cannot be married? Have you ever even met a Christian? Only Roman Catholic priests and nuns are required to remain celibate, and this is their CHOICE in order to better SERVE THE LORD. If they do not want to remain celibate or feel that they will not be able to, then they will be told to seek another vocation by which to serve Him. Remember Paul (I know you hate him, but…) said in his writings that it is best to remain unmarried and celibate as he was, but for those who cannot contain their passions, it is best to be married. Marriage is the BEST for those who cannot be celibate, and in that case it is to ONE WOMAN, never more than that, regardless of how many wives any Old Testament prophet had.

Other Christians, by the way, can have married clergy. I believe this is the case with the Orthodox and the Eastern Catholics. Still it is marriage to only ONE woman.

Please stop your hateful, tangential tirades against Christianity just because you do not like what is being said in this thread about Islam. While it is true that some in this thread and elsewhere do not view Islam in a charitable manner, I guarantee you that all Christians (regardless of their view of Islam) object to your distortions, hatred, and falsehoods concerning our religion.

Remember: Our two religions may depend on drawing a direct line to past religious figures (so it makes sense that we may be concerned what practicioners of those religions have to say about our interpretations), but this is not true about Christianity with relation to Islam. Muslim claims to the Abrahamic line have no impact on us as Christians, since you came after our faith was established with a different doctrine, so we are commanded not to accept it (as per Galatians 1:8).

With that in mind, of course we will always reject the claims of Islam. If you feel that is a personal attack, then you really don’t understand even the basics of Christianity. Also, consider why you as a Muslim cannot accept the claims of the Baha’i. Our reasoning is the same for rejecting your claims.

You come to our lands and have the freedom to print your trash and practice your ‘religion’, when the reverse is not true in muslim lands unless one accepts subjugation. Or one hides it in such places as saudi arabia.
