Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it as it is in heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive
those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,and
blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and
at the hour of our death.
Amen

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be world without end.
Amen

For the healing and recovery of our friend mlz:

A PRAYER FOR PEACE IN TIME OF SICKNESS

O Lord, Jesus Christ, Divine Healer,
grant me peace of mind
and perfect trust in You
in my time of distress.
Give me control over my fears.
Grant that I may be cooperative
and patient with Your Will,
trusting that You will restore me to full health.

Amen.

So sorry about your back.

I feel much better after I receive adjustment (or just easy stertching) when I visit my chiropractor. Hopefully, you will receive some relief.

Lifting you in prayer.

Peace,
Kathleen

Thank you so much for you prayers! I was feeling much better by Sunday and taught on Monday feeling like everything was improving so much then today it started up again with pain going down the leg, sort of a tingling numbness. I went back to for chiropractic center and feel somewhat better but taking it easy. Hopefully, it will help.

Would you please pray for healing in my back. I’ve been in pain for a week now and limited in movement. Went to two doctors and all I’ve gotten is pain meds and advise to stay on the floor for 72 hours. I’ve spent 21 hours and seem worse. Pray I have wisdom also in what to do.
Thank you,
mlz
Miz,

I’ve had a couple of back surgeries. I never got any fusion of discs and I would try to avoid that if you can. If they can extract the part of the disc that is pressing on a nerve, that would be the way to go. They also have newer type surgeries that are less invasive. I have no more pain but I have to be careful, especially lifting more that about 20 pounds. I can bowl and golf though. In my humble opinion, I’d stay away from the bone-crackers as my father used to call them. Your pain may go away for a little while, but that’s just the symptoms, not really addressing the source of the problem. I don’t think you want to be too sedentary either (laying on the floor). Try putting a pillow under your knees while you’re sleeping on your back. I’ll pray for you tomorrow at adoration. Hang in there.

lead all souls to heaven, especially, those in most need of Your Mercy.

Remember, O Most Gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to Thy protection,
implored Thy help or sought Thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
I fly unto Thee, O Virgin of Virgins, my Mother;
to Thee do I come, before thee I kneel, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in Thy clemency, hear and answer me.
Amen.

A Novena Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we know that there is but one thing impossible to You: to be without pity for those who are in suffering or distress. Look down on us, we beg of You and grant us the grace which we humbly and earnestly implore, through the Immaculate Heart of Your most sorrowful Mother to whom You confided us as her children, and whose prayers are all powerful with You. Amen.

Your prayers are helpful. Yesterday I could hardly walk, today is better for which I am rejoicing! It seems to come and go, so hopefully it will GO and never come back. My bigger concern is the infection near my incision from surgery.
Blessings to you all,

mlz so happy things are a little better.Praying for the infection near your incision to heal
