Relaying what the CCP told them is not the same as putting the credibility of the WHO behind it.
The WHO blindly accepted it, and tweeted it out. If they didn’t know for a fact or conclude themselves they should have not tweeted such information. They acted as CCPs mouthpiece.
Just out of curiosity, can you cite this tweet with a link directly to twitter.com/WHO, instead of whatever that was you cited?

How many deaths were there at the time. Was everyone eating infected bats or pangolins or snakes from the wet markets?
I requested evidence that the
CCP told the WHO the virus was not transmittable between humans
That seems an odd claim, since the tweet did not say that.

Also:
It already knew it was.
You have yet to provide evidence for that. You ask:
How many deaths were there at the time. Was everyone eating infected bats or pangolins or snakes from the wet markets?
How do these questions - raised as questions - provide evidence?
Now, perhaps the distinction between science and conspiracy theorizing becomes clearer.

The tweet” preliminary evidence out of China”, who do you think controls what information was being released by in China? Have you seen the notices that were sent by China’s Nation Health Commission on the release of any information regarding COVID-19?
How do these questions - raised as questions - provide evidence?
It’s called common sense, maybe China doesn’t have any though seeing how it took them weeks to inform anyone of the virus and spread and how they have tried to hide facts.

And more of it…

“Over 1000 Africans in Guangzhou tested positive with #CCPVirus #COVID2019 at Kuangquan Street, Yuexiu District in Sanyuanli, #Guangzhou, #China. -That’s according to this Notification from Guangzhou Nolan Fine Chemical Co. dated on Apr. 11. The notice also says that those …tested positive are being put under quarantine and that many have already escaped, and anyone who spots an African person should report to the authorities. Any everyone should do disinfection, self-monitoring & record one’s own temperature.“

You are absolutely correct, we were told the virus was not transmittable from human to human.
Nope. mrad25 gave the actual tweet rather than the dailycaller, redstate or NR gloss.
And it does not say: “the virus is not transmittable from human to human”.
And it is hard for any person to have honeslty mistaken it as such.

did not say what you said that it siad.
It does.
I think that epidemiology requires something beyond “common sense”.
This is the difference between the science and speculation and conspiracy theorizing.
Fine if you don’t want to believe the WHO received their information from the CCP then don’t even though most with common sense knows who was controlling the information coming out of China. Yes, it’s all just a big conspiracy theory that the information provided to the WHO wasn’t controlled nor came from the CCP. Sure!

And I still haven’t received an answer why the WHO tweeted out the information from China when they had contradictory information 4 days earlier about possible transmission but didn’t tweet that out?

You said:
"CCP told the WHO the virus was not transmittable between humans …
WHO broadcast this around the world … "
As evidence you provided a tweet that said:
"Preliminary investigations conducted by Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of , 20190nCoV , "
This difference between what WHO tweeted and what you claimed is not subtle and would not be lost on a scientist.
Fine if you don’t want to believe the WHO received their information from the CCP
That origin of the information is not the issue. The issue if the content of what WHO received and tweeted. You misstate the information that was conveyed.
they had contradictory information 4 days earlier about possible transmission
Do you have documentation for that?
What was the evidence of “possible transmission” Was that evidence incompatible with the tweet? If so, how?

It is not a news segment. It is an editorial, and therefore far more useless than anything that dude is opining about.

The best news segment, at least for my use is watch a little news, keep up with the data, watch a lot of educational video, and watch zero opinionated people with a microphone.

The Guardian, Red State, Brietbart, HuffPo, etc. are all on mute for me until after this is over.

I’m sure from everywhere, the Free China press like SCMP to US agencies report the same. I think the burden of proof should be with those claiming China did not disclose this information.

After all, China destroyed some evidence in this whole thing, they are not trustworthy. That info has been posted in the forums.

China destroyed some evidence in this whole thing… That info has been posted in the forums.
From secondary or tertiary sources?. Form sources with a clear agenda?

Here is the source from which all others derive:

Caixin has learned that the Wuhan hospital sent [genomics laboratory] BGI at least 30 samples from different pneumonia cases for sequencing in December, and three were found to contain the new coronavirus. In addition to the Dec. 26 case, the second and third positive samples were received on Dec. 29 and Dec. 30. They were tested together and the results were reported to the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission as early as Jan. 1.

On Jan. 1, gene sequencing companies received an order from Hubei’s health commission to stop testing and destroy all samples, according to an employee at one. “If you test it in the future, be sure to report it to us,” the person said they were told by phone.

Two days later on Jan. 3, the National Health Commission issued its gag order and said the Wuhan pneumonia samples needed to be treated as highly pathogenic microorganisms — and that any samples needed to be moved to approved testing facilities or destroyed.

One virologist told Caixin that even the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) under the Chinese Academy of Sciences was not qualified for the tests and told to destroy samples in its lab.

On Jan. 9, an expert team led by the CDC made a preliminary conclusion that the disease was caused by a new strain of coronavirus, according to Chinese state broadcaster CCTV.

On Jan. 11, Zhang’s team became the first to publish the genome sequence of the new virus on public databases Virological.org and GenBank, unveiling its structure to the world for the first time. The NHC shared the virus genomic information with the World Health Organization the next day.
What happened, in reality, is that samples from infected patients were being sent around China to genomics labs to look for what was causative pathogen. When it was realized that the samples were not routine, but “needed to be treated as highly pathogenic microorganisms” the samples that were at facilities that were not appropriate to handle such materials were told to stop testing and destroy them.
Far from a cover-up that is a safety protocol; the scientific finding of a the new virus and its sequence followed shortly.

I suppose that the conspiracy theory was far more alluring.

This difference between what WHO tweeted and what you claimed is not subtle and would not be lost on a scientist.
Who do you think Chinese authorities refers to in the WHO tweet? Common sense again.
You misstate the information that was conveyed.
Again Chinese authorities. AKA CCP
Do you have documentation for that?
What was the evidence of “possible transmission” Was that evidence incompatible with the tweet? If so, how?
Yes, the article from the Guardian you provided. Did you read it?

Why are you deflecting to the source of information?
I have very clearly pointed to the information itself as what is different on the tweet and you gloss.
Yes, the article from the Guardian you provide
Excellent start. Now the rest?
The World Health Organization warned the US and other countries about the risk of human-to-human transmission of Covid-19 as early as 10 January, and urged precautions even though initial Chinese studies at that point had found no clear evidence of that route of infection.
WHO warned other nations about the possibility and risk - which was not unclear from the viral type - even as the scientific evidence was for human-to-human transmission was not yet in hand from preliminary studies. What is the problem?

I said CCP but still provided the tweet which said Chinese Authorities, what is the difference you are glossing here…

The CCP answered the WHO How It All Started: China’s Early Coronavirus Missteps - WSJ through a statement by Dr. Li Qun, head of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Emergency Center, who claimed that only a “low” risk of human-to-human transmission of the virus had been detected.

See CCP 👆

I’ve already explained the problem they had contradictory information 4 days earlier according to the Guardian than what they decided to tweet out.

We also know on Jan. 14, 2020, Wuhan city health authorities released a statement declaring, “Among the close contacts, no related cases were found.”

http://wjw.wuhan.gov.cn/front/web/showDetail/2020011409039

Wuhan doctors have known this was false since early December, from the first victim and his wife, both who contacted the virus. The wife who had no contact with the seafood market.

On Jan. 10, Youfu Hospital in Wuhan reported to the Health Commission about the situation that many medical staff and patients were all having a fever, but the Health Commission didn’t respond to their report.

However, these early discoveries along with many others were clearly suppressed by the CCP.

What happened in the next 2-3 days after Jan 14th in Wuhan was something else.

We also know two experts from Twain visited Wuhan and concluded that the virus was spread from human to human. Experts from Taiwan CDC held a meeting and then a press conference to brief journalists about their findings in Wuhan, as well as their warnings to the public on Jan. 16th. Taiwan was relying on its own experts and information to make decisions not the information and propaganda put forward by the CCP and WHO.

  1. The information is not contradictory to the tweet.
  2. Can you supply documentation for this early December knowledge.
Since the identification of the pathogenic agent was being done at the end of December, this seems very implausible. You seem to think that the relationship among cases and the modes of transmission is obvious already at the earliest stages. But it takes identification of the disease (very late December) to get started, then contact tracing. It might be illuminating to consider how long it takes to work back to the source of, for example E.Coli outbreaks in the US.
along with many others were clearly suppressed by the CCP.
Which others? Are talking about the weird spin put on the Caixin article?
We also know two experts from Twain visited Wuhan and concluded that the virus was spread from human to human
Can you document this? There seems ot be some dispute about what was communicated between Taiwan and WHO. I suspect thAt Taiwan scientists made the decision that the risk was high and that they should act as though the virus were transmissible from human-to-human. Hong Kong took the same approach. WHO recommend that approach. But that is a far from making, let alone announcing a finding that the virus is transmissible among humans. That takes work and definite proof.

In fact WHO warned nations of that possibility.
It’s noteworthy that your article doesn’t link to this WHO warning, nor do they quote it. Perhaps these early Jan “Technical guidance notes” were more of a footnote than a warning?

This article clearly indicates the WHO downplayed the risk, until late Jan.

Not really.
ROFL that you tout a footnote and ignore the advice given by the head of the WHO
tweet from the WHO account on January 14: “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel[ #coronavirus].” That same day, the Wuhan Health Commission’s public bulletin declared, “We have not found proof for human-to-human transmission.”
