Boy Scouts to allow gay youths to join

We absolutely have the right to judge the actions of another person. What we must not judge is the state of their soul, or condemn them for things which are not objectively bad. Every person has control of their actions. This policy change is about nothing less than trying to tell these boys (n.b. - the language specifies “avowed” homosexuals) that their desire to act on their same-sex attraction is a good thing, when both history and the Church teach us otherwise.

Those with same-sex attractions have the same two choices that every one of us sinners has when any one of us is faced with the temptation to sin: Obey God or not. “Gay rights” activists act like the temptations faced by those with SSA are somehow different that what the rest of us face. If there is one thing Satan is not, it is creative. Temptation is temptation, and sin is sin. Would you support the Scouts allowing those who are “Avowed masturbators” or “Avowed thieves” to join?

God has made His teaching regarding homosexual acts very clear, despite what revisionist “scholars” would have you believe. “Avowed homosexuals” are those who have chosen not only to ignore what God has revealed - through both the Church and through history - but who have chosen to reduce their entire dignity and identity to what they like to do with their genitals.

I’m seriously considering returning my Eagle award over this betrayal of the Scout Oath and Law. They have failed in their duty to God, and they have failed to be Trustworthy, Loyal, Obedient, Clean, or Reverent.

I hate to tell you this but the gays were already there. Its like the Military its allowed also. To think that just because they allow it does not mean that gay people are not already in. So since the military allowes do you now hate America?

All I can say to the gay-positive poeple is, “Gee, thanks, guys!” for all the issues you’ve kicked heartlessly down my throat for no good reason. I deeply resent what you have forced upon me. Deeply. Deeply.

I will never forget this.

While I will not back the BSA anymore than I have to, I am not going to quit. I am hanging in there, at least as long as my son wants to. Since my pack is Catholic, I have no problem being vocal about this issue, should it ever arise. Not that I think this will ever be an issue. As things stand, I do not think a pack like the one we have will be a comfortable place for someone to flaunt immorality. I have no intention of letting it become comfortable to do so.

i have a brother whose wife let him know that she was bisexual and brought a woman into their relationship. As an “open minded” Atheist, he accepted it and fought the rest of us. Eventually, even he realized how messed up the situation was.

Last night I wrote about chemicals. NOT EVERY SINGLE young person is affected - those who are avoiding garbage in food, drink filtered water, etc. are OK - I see them, too. But many many are effeminate - and it is NOT NOT NOT by accident.

Men who are not weakened are a threat. Families protect individuals, and they interfere with control.

E V E R Y T H I N G, without exception, is about CONTROL. Things are MUCH more cleverly demoniac than dumbed down Americans understand. Europeans are more aware; they consciously understand the long-standing agenda; they have no illusions. We are known all over the world for our NAIVETE.

Check out Brother Nathanael; he knows the breadth and depth of influential parties associated with Judaism which are looked at with as much alarm by religious Jewish people, as others who are not Jewish, but aware of what the agenda for the United States is.

I think the point is that most of these boys that think they are gay are not the enemy. They are victims. If they can be salvaged, they should be. In a Catholic setting, one can use truth. It is not necessary to accept the idea of okey-dokey-gay’s-okay. Just the opposite. I prefer to make such people uncomfortable in a Catholic setting with such a position, but comfortable in repentance.

As far as my own son, I know how to protect my own. If I ever think he is vulnerable, I will reconsider. For now, I have utmost confidence in him.
