I ask you, politely, if you would keep praying for me as I am still in pain. I have an intestinal infection now that has left me with much pain. I do not have a large intestine. My tummy looks huge - I am not huge. But, physical appearances do not matter. I only wish to be able to wear my clothes - ha ha ha. The doctors are baffled by this illness. What else is new? Apparently, I am one of a kind. Not funny. I thank you all for praying for me and know that all of YOU are in my prayers daily!

Lord in Heaven, during Lent You assure, in Your magnificence, that we struggle as does Your Blessed Son Jesus. May each cross we bear, no matter the size, and no matter the distance, be for Your glory and counted toward Your Kingdom. In mom4truth’s illness, we pray with her that You, in Your mercy, will reveal the cause of her infirmity, allowing her doctors to properly diagnose and treat it. May she bear the suffering in penance as we spiritually march toward Calvary, goaded on by the centurions of the evil one. So that she may bear up under this new burden, grant her an increase in faith and trust that will strengthen her for the journey. We ask this through our suffering Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

God bless you, mom…I am keeping you in my prayers…I don’t always post, but I do say prayers…and you are right…physical appearances don’t matter.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Dear God,
mom4thruth is impacted! These times creep up on us and before we know it, we’re not the same person were just a short time ago.

It’s quite amazing that you have built us with a sense of knowing when it is time to say ‘stop the world I wanna get off’ and it is a great time to re-evaluate ourselves so that we can better move forward.

Sometimes that re-evaluation is not easy, but as long as there is a heart beat and a pulse within us, that is the right time to do the evaluation, re-wire, and move forward, onward, and upward.

Regenerate mom4truth! Do so in body, mind, and spirit, so that a whole new person emerges who can face the world with incredible poise and dignity, of benefit not only to herself, but others as well.

Your love can work wonders, Lord, and let mom4truth know that love, morning, noon, and night, and let it take her to places to wondrous too mention.

Be with all those who are experiencing what she is going through. Let them know that you love them and care for them, and that th best is yet to be.

For the sake of your grace,
Amen!

I am praying for you this morning Mom4Truth. It is a beautiful sunny spring morning in Tokyo and somehow it reminds me that things won`t always be as hard as they are right now. Winter turns into spring every year!

Lord, You are very near to us during Holy Week. You make Your presence known to us through the testing that you graciously allow. As we are purified through testing, we search for strength, but find it only in You. Grant that we withdraw from this world during Holy Week and move to a sacred place, as Your Blessed Son Jesus Christ did in prayer to You. May the fervency of our prayer increase, with Your blessing, until we reach a deeper mystical union with You. In this union we will find spiritual strength, O Lord. You will not test us beyond our strength, and so we beg You to mercifully increase our faith. May our gaze fall upon our Resurrected Savior, who awaits just those few days ahead. We proclaim Your Loving Goodness through the same Jesus Christ. Amen! Alleluia!

Mom, one of the things I do for my church is take communion to those who can’t make it to mass. You might want to see if your church has someone who can bring the Eucharist to your home!
