Thank you for that. My children often bring me Communion when I am unable to attend Mass. But, having a regular EM would be very helpful. Thank you for the suggestion!
 
Thank you Maria and Gladys for the prayers. The struggle goes on, yet I continue to reach out to my Savior as best I can. God bless you all!

I sheepishly point out the prayer posted by gratefuldad was the “Hail Holy Queen”. The Memorare too is a beautiful prayer and quite appropriate for you m4t and all who are struggling.

THE MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone
who fled to your protection, implored your help,
or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly to you, O virgin of virgins, my mother.
To you I come, before you I stand,
sinful and sorrowful.
O mother of the Word Incarnate!
Despise not my petitions, but in your mercy
hear and answer them. ** AMEN. **

Ooops! You’re right. Not only is my body going, but apparently my mind, too! ha ha ha. Of course I should know that because I say it at the end of my rosary. But, I do love the Memorare as well! Blessings to you, Lamb!😉
 
Mom4truth I wish you and your family a happy and wonderful Easter holy day . May the Lord bless you and your family with health and happiness .I know the LORD is unifdying your family and changing hearts . Praise the Lord . I also say Thanks for all your prayers for me . mom4truth, You may always rest assured of the prayers of the faithful on your behalf. The Lord graciously carried you through this Lenten season, which, in true reflection of the life of Christ, was one of suffering and penance for the entire Body of Christ. Lent is now completed, as is the sacrifice of our Blessed Lord Jesus. Let us move forward into the uplifting Easter Season, beginning anew in the morning. Let us thank and praise the Lord God for each test of our faith, each trial and tribulation, for He has, in His Divine Mercy, found us worthy of testing for His Eternal Kingdom. Without testing in the fire of purification, we have less hope of eternity in adoration of the One True God in Heaven. For now our Savior Jesus Christ, Who came from the Virgin Womb, and Who was placed in the Virgin Tomb, is no longer there.He is Risen! God the Father closed the Womb, which no man opened. He opened the Tomb, which no man will ever close. Amen! Alleluia!

Thank you again for that beautiful prayer! Yes, Christ is risen today! Alleluia! Everyone on this thread has helped me persevere through this Lenten season. It has been an extremely difficult road to travel, and I don’t doubt that the road ahead will also be difficult. But for today, I am resting in Our Lord’s Mercy. I wish you and your family a very Bless Easter! Thanks be to God!

I made it through Easter! DH was absent.😦 and :mad: ! At Mass it was my two kids and we sat with my sister and her family. I wanted to cry. When a member of the family is missing it brings sorrow. The children felt it also. My son wanted to sleep after Mass. BUT, I tried to get “them going” and be happy about the day, after all - Jesus has risen - and they cheered up “a bit”. DH called and wished kids Happy Easter. I know I have a long road ahead of me, but at least one weekend was peaceful here. Jesus truly helped me enjoy my Easter. You, friends, are what sustain me through all this. I am so happy I have people such as you to encourage me and pray for me. I pray for each of you daily - no fibbing either! I offer my sufferings for all. Please keep praying because I think the prayers keep me going! God bless you all! Much love,
