As of Oct 13th Trump has signed 49 EOs. You tell me how many of the 49 have been challenged in Court?

Yes, and how many of them are they of the 49? As far as I can tell only 3. The 2 on immigration and a 3rd on some coal issue.
This question has been elsewhere and I awaiting answers.

What is preventing the Senate from passing Legislation Banning Abortions at the Federal Level? They have Majority. They can use the “Nuclear Option” to remove filibuster threat?

This is a baseless narrative the republicans have taught themselves in order to put a soothing, psychological “band-aid” on the fact that many reps have used their power to deliberately disenfranchise blacks for the most of the latter half of the 20th century - particularly since the Civil Rights Movement. This, and mentioning “hey, WE freed the slaves 150 years ago”, despite the fact that the geographical and ideological progeny of the democrats that resisted abolition now vote almost exclusively republican - with their racist attitudes largely intact.

The banner to reduce institutional racism against blacks and to create services to assist them with housing, food and education has overwhelmingly been carried by the democratic party. If by helping a man, we contribute to his continued dereliction, then congratulations. Instead of a win-win, you’ve created a no-win-no-win situation for those who actually wish to be charitable per Christ.

In light of it that, I vote we help them anyway; vile democrat and Christian that I am.

Mobility does not magically materialize by letting a man starve, as the impoverished dead in India, Africa and China bear grievous silent witness.

Mobility materializes when we provide them with opportunity. Shall we segue this into “free trade” and how that’s not necessarily the good idea everyone thinks it is?

No, my mistake was to post the comment, as I try not to reply quickly when others are having a dialogue. I am not really good at avoiding that, however :o

I understand the comment itself to be correct.
 
Well…instead of tar and feathering those folks on here who support the Democrats…maybe some of those same voters may in fact be hoping to eventually change the mindset on issues like SSM…abortion…euthanasia from within the party itself… if any of you are that upset with the Democrat party platform…get in and change it…instead of taking the high moral ground and doing nothing …
 
That still would not eliminate ALL abortions as most Conservatives desire.

I would still be rejoicing with a glass half full, that the number of abortions is on a downward trend.

You would still be complaining with a glass half empty, that there are still abortions.

So again we come to a stalemate.

how much of the inner city problem is related to the family structure?

in 1960 22 percent of black children were raised with only one parent. in 2010 the figure was 67 percent.

in 2010 72 percent were born out of wedlock.

what role do you think the welfare state played into this? if any? if not what caused this decline?
