My dear friend ,Just wondering , , , how can we measure time in purgatory but not heaven, hell, and. . .
um. . . limbo???
Btw, hope your time having the flu is short, as time goes here on earth.
Blessings!
From my sick bed I’ll tell you quickly. In purgatory you can measure change and thus have a concept of time based on the lessening of suffering as you go through your purgation , this is evidenced by many revelations of holy souls saying for instance they were in purgatory for 20 ys and finding out it was 1 day , time goes very slowly there and to measure time based on experience here , 1 day may seem like 20 yrs. In hell there is change but the torturous existence is so furiously bad and the damned so insane they cannot measure change and have any concept of time at all , and time goes slowly when your having bad times , in hell it’s so bad time disappears. In limbo which is the state of perfect natural happiness one attains after purgatory and from which one immediately pops into heaven having reached you cannot measure change and have a concept of time because you are just pefectly happy and have no way to measure change there. In heaven you cannot measure the change or have a concept of time because it is like the most beautifully ecstatic blissful day dream , and time flies when your having fun , in heaven it flies so much time disappears. Hope this answers your question.
God bless and Love you
