I really struggle to get my ahead around the American obsession with guns.
It isn’t a left/right issue. Here in the UK the overwhelming majority of people strongly disagree with American gun legislation. This is something that applies to people on the furthest reaches of the left and right.

The rate of gun deaths in the US is 40 times higher than that in the UK. Countries the likes of Paraguay, Nicaragua and Serbia have lower rates than the US.
