Oh what a circus this all is! I’m sure, however, that this madness will pass in time.

a Catholic school in the San Francisco Bay

kind of says it all

keeping up with the liberal trends of taking down statues, rewriting history and changing who you are.

Liberal trend? Seems to be a trend of extremists of all sides.

they should have not removed those statues .many non catholics parents ,who send their kids to catholic schools are proud of it ,due to reputable good education.besides ,i knew of ex catholics ,who destroyed ,buried statues /icons ,suffered unfortunate events in their lives,as a consequence of it .one couple suffered misfortunes after misfortunes ,lost their business ,became gravely ill .both of them requested funeral mass ,instead of protestant service .they also requested a priest for deathbed confession ,instead of their protestant pastor.i hope they will not suffer the same fate .

This is being reported by both local and national news organizations with direct quotes from school administrators. All of the reporting appears to be in agreement. Would you please highlight the “spin” as you see it?

Were you intending that the other thread be dismissed just because Fox News was one of the first to report this?

Many people like myself will choose to read or not read a thread merely based on its title as I have no time to read all threads. Therefore I respectfully request that the administrators not close out my thread that I started here. Thank you for everyone who’s offered your comments.

How dare you try to shut this down? Let there be fifty threads on the situation if that’s what it takes to raise awareness of what is going on! Without awareness, there can be no resistance.
