Sounds like a South Side Chicago parish I know, that’s Catholic only because its in the Archdiocesan Directory. One could not tell based on meeting the priest, attending “Mass”, reading its website, or looking at its sign - they prefer “Faith Community” over Catholic Church. Pathetic.
