So,
The Way to Perfect Happiness (eternal)
Involves the sacrifice
Of any imperfect happiness (temporal)

what is a false principle?
A false principle may exist apparently, but not actually.
the nature of people is fallen, so they seek happiness that is most easily kept mistaking it for unloseable happiness.

since lost they are, then for them it is happiness that can’t exist.
So, if God is Perfect Happiness (Catholic)
Gnosticism is atheist?
we became,
unable
to perfectly become.
So,
If perfection is a “7”
Then
The best Gnosticism can offer is a “6?”

Kind of a “figure/ground” statement, isn’t it?

A false principle may exist apparently, but not actually.(because it’s true)
A false principle may exist apparently, but not actually.(because it’s an illusion)

Is truth an illusion?
I would have to say ; 'if atheism is complete unhappiness then gnosticism isn’t atheist because gnosticism believes the self reveals God.
I don’t think you answered my question.
yes. 6=that day man and animal created 6= man, life elevated to a state of worship. 6= man the object of man’s worship
Could you elaborate on your 666?

Kind of a “figure/ground” statement, isn’t it?
sure. The first six is the light of the sixth day. In this light Satan builds a false paradise from which he father’s the children of delusion. In that light Satan distorted himself into a false revelation of the Father immediately after the true revelation was given to Peter. Jesus rebuked him. Satan get thee behind me for you do not think like God thinks but as man thinks" Peter didn’t remain in that light but Judas did.

The second 6 is man elevated to a state of worship. This is also exemplified in the event Peter was rebuked. Peter elevated to a state of worship of the true God.

The third six is the ultimate end towards which the worship is directed. The god that thinks like man thinks. The lost self that reveals god.

Peter experiences the Father, Peter see’s Jesus as Son. Peter’s experience as Father becomes a memory and is enterpreted in the light of the sixth day distorted by Satan and the Truth revealed by God once again is turned into a lie from Satan. Like Adam like Peter the forbidden fruit was eaten. Peter became like one of us knowing good and evil. But what both called good was only an illusion. They both mistook the thinking of man for the mind of God. In the light of the( 6) day , man’s (6) worship meant for God is given to man(6)

7> 6^7>>>>>7/

figure/ground I don’t understand
Never mind, it’s not important.
it’s true that a false principle is not actual but only apparent because it is an illusion
and
it’s an illusion of truth
How are you defining “it’s” in these two lines?
If God is Perfect Happiness and Gnosticism is atheism then man is not God but God is a man. ( a shot in the very dark)
How are you defining “man” in these two instances?
since lost they are, then for them it is happiness that can’t exist.
So,
The existence of Perfect Happiness is a contradiction to those who are imperfectly happy,
But,
The existence of Perfect Happiness is not a contradiction to those who are perfectly happy?

‘illusion’
So,
The illusion is true,
But
The illusion is not truth?
man ( is not God) =Gnosticism
(God is a) man =Catholic
So,
man ( is not God) = Gnosticism = Does not follow the Principle of Perfect Happiness?
And
(God is a) man = Catholic = Follows the Principle of Perfect Happiness?
I didn’t know I meant that but I did.
So,
Since all people naturally have Perfect Happiness as their goal
Then,
For a person who is imperfectly happy…

Perfect Happiness does not apparently exist
But,
The Way to Perfect Happiness does apparently exist?

The illusion is not truth?
Actually,
The answer is “yes.”

Therefore,

Since all people naturally seek that which is actually true,
Not only apparently true,
Then,
All people naturally seek truth over illusion.

From a Catholic perspective…

Since,
All people naturally seek that which is actually true,
Over that which is apparently true,
We are not children of delusion, but of Truth.
And so,
The first 6 is a blasphemy against the Father.
The second 6 is man elevated to a state of worship. This is also exemplified in the event Peter was rebuked. Peter elevated to a state of worship of the true God.
Since,
All people are truly human beings,
Not Truth itself,
We are adopted children of Truth.
And so,
The second 6 is a blasphemy against the Son.
The third six is the ultimate end towards which the worship is directed. The god that thinks like man thinks. The lost self that reveals god.
Since,
Truth attracts and draws us to itself.
Then,
The third 6 is a blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

awesome! Did logic bring that analogy to light ? I only experience brief moments when I grasp this method.

cast thyself from hence. 10 For it is written, that He hath given his angels charge over thee, that they keep thee.

4 And the serpent said to the woman: No, you shall not die the death.

3 And the devil said to him: If thou be the Son of God, say to this stone that it be made bread.

5 For God doth know that in what day soever you shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened:
Since,
Truth attracts and draws us to itself.
Then,
The third 6 is a blasphemy against the Holy Spirit

Satan said to him: To thee will I give all this power, and the glory of them; for to me they are delivered, and to whom I will, I give them.

and you shall be as Gods, knowing good and evil.

No,

Deuteronomy 30:15-20…

“See I have set before you this day life and good, death and evil. If you obey the (10) commandments of the Lord your God which I command to you this day, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and ordinances, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you are entering to take possession of it. But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them, I declare to you this day, that you shall perish; you shall not live long in the land which you are going over the Jordan to enter and possess. ** I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live**, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice, and cleaving to him; for that means life to you and length of days, that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”

way/ anti-way

I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live,

Truth/ accusation

obeying his voice, and cleaving to him; for that means life to you

“See I have set before you this day life and good, death and evil. If you obey the (10)
commandments of the Lord your God which I command to you this day, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways**(way),=( Holy Spirit teaching from the Son’s revelation of the Father)** and by keeping his commandments**(Truth)= (The Son eternallly generated Cognizance of God)** and his statutes and ordinances, then you shall live and multiply**,(life)=(The Father eternal generator)** and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you are entering to take possession of it.

But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them, I declare to you this day, that you shall perish;
way/ anti-way= Holy Spirit/ evil spirit

I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live,

Truth/ accusation = Christ / anti-christ

obeying his voice, and cleaving to him; for that means life to you

life/ Father in heaven death/ father in hell

As I read your post and did my best to apply the trinitarian current of thought you exposed, the concepts that came to mind as connective tissue are in blue.

By the way, thank you for treating me to this way of reading the scriptures. 🙂
