I like Wendy’s…plus I recall that Dave Thomas was a big practicing christian and donated much money to great causes… I wont eat at Mcd’s cause I dont like their food AND I learned they support planned parenthood… how they do this at the same time as supporting childrens causes blows my mind… Paul Newman does the same thing…I wont buy any of his products either.

My absolute favorite restaurant is White Castle, but Taco Bell and Wendy’s are close behind at second and third 👍

Peace

I cant believe Taco Bell is leading the pack. Most people I know only eat there when drunk or it’s so late nothing else is open(or both).

Wendys got my vote, but I haven’t been since they changed the chicken sandwiches - why mess w/a good thing?!

Dr. Colossus:
I love Carl’s Jr., but I simply refuse to eat there anymore. They ousted Carl Karcher (Yes, a very devout, pro-life Catholic) from position as CEO and have continually been creating more and more offensive advertisements:
  1. *Extremely * vulgar commercial of girl riding a mechanical bull. Very sexualized.
2.) An advertisement for one of their burgers stated it was for “Guys who don’t want the same thing night after night”. Given the context of their other advertisements, I see this as a veiled attack on marriage.

3.) They hired Hugh Hefner as their spokesperson. 'Nuff said. I’m never eating there again.

 Sorry for the venting, but this thread seemed like a good place to do it. I feel better now.
Wow, I’m glad you told me about this. I don’t watch TV except for Fox News, MSNBC and C-Span, so miss alot of this pop culture stuff. Those ads sound disgusting! Seems they can show anything on TV now. God bless Carl, but I’ll skip that place for sure from now on!

mmmmm… Kentucky Fried Chicken… I’m getting hungry. In Canada they have poutine. You have no idea what you are missing. 😛
In Montreal, you can also get poutine at McDonald’s! I lived on that stuff for 5 days! yum

However, this thread HAD to be started by someone west of the Mississippi River - There is no selection for WHITE CASTLE!

What is poutine?
I wouldn’t feed White Castle to my cat!

A French-Canadian concoction consisting of french fries, gravy, and cheese curds.

Mmmmmm I LUV White Castle but they dont love me! 😃

I only eat their jalepeno cheeseburgers YUMMMMMMM!

Their onion rings are the best I have EVER eaten in my entire life.

Chick-fil-A with out a doubt. Closed on Sundays, they support our local Christian radio station (I know it’s not catholic but it is more then most companies do) Oh, and the food is great and I love the fries.

I choose Wendy’s on the poll since they support adoption and I enjoy thier food more than the other places listed.

🙂

We now have poutine at McDonalds in Ontario too!!! I voted that i didn’t eat fast food cause I’m vegetarian and most places dont’ have good veggie food!! However sometimes i’ll break and eat mcdonalds liek last night!! Poutine is much better in Quebec though, real poutine mmmmmmmm!!!

I went to a Mcdonalds in Paris and OH MY the chicken nuggets were so good, WAAAY better than what they have here!!!

What are fries supreme from taco bell?
McDonald’s has the best coca-cola!!!

fries supreme, is fries with seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce?? salsa, and sour cream, I think. i’ve tried it, it’s ok but not my fave!

peace be with you! In-N-Out Burger is definitely my favorite! and its a great place to work too!

In-N-Out even has the Bible verses printed on the bottom of the cups and on the little burger bags the burgers are wrapped in. the owners are a good Christian family.

In-n-Out is definitely good stuff. 👍 I don’t go very often but it is worth the wait.

Another good one is Del Taco - I’m not sure if they are outside of California but IMHO they leaps and bounds ahead of Taco Bell.

McDonalds or Burger King for me, if I have to. I really don’t like fast food too much.

I personally like Taco Bell. I mainly go there for the bean burritos, pintos & cheese, and tostadas. TB is one of the few places that has cheap, filling, substantial vegetarian fast food. I’m not a vegetarian, mind you, but I try not to overdo the meat for health reasons. The bean burritos have a lot of fiber, and if you get extra onions the taste stays with you all day. So it’s an even better value that way.

I like Taco Time and Wendy’s. 🙂

PS: A&W makes the world’s greatest french fries, and I love their root beer, but their burgers are really greasy.
