The cricitism that I have mentioned is not a quesiton of their orthodoxy, but only of their need to follow the Church’s teaching on lay Catholic organizations and authority. On the other hand, I believe they deserve the benefit of the doubt if they are trying to apply for such status. On the other hand, you mention:To get back to the original question, as far as I can tell, “RealCatholicTV” is very faithful to the Pope and Magisterium.
I looked into this group, as I was unfamiliar with them and my thought was, “WOW!” Read this part of their mission statement:I would like to know if the “National Catholic Reporter” has been approved by the Church,
…a print and web news source that stands as one of the few, if not the only truly independent, journalistic outlet for Catholics and others who struggle with the complex moral and societal issues of the day.

To use “Catholic” and “independent” in the same sentence is to misunderstand what it is to be Catholic. There is not independent Catholics. While I would hope that Real Catholic TV would seek to become a proper apostolate, the NCR takes pride in their independence. I guess it should be no surprise that if they begin in error that they will descend deeper into it.
