Yes because you dis-respected property that wasn’t yours.hi inchrist101;; this is entirely a hypothetical question… if say i were to go into the building you gather in to worship in,while you were not actively worshipping at the time, with a bunch of my old buddies partied our ourselves to the piont of illness, spilled everthing on the floor,in general just made a mess of the place. would you be upset with us? why?
I’m not sure what your point is fbl9. But let me say this. It is private property that is used to gather for Church. It’s also used for teaching school. It’s also used for meetings. Is it open to only members of our group?? No it’s open to anyone who wants to come and Worship GOD with us.hi inchrist101 so then this is private property open to only members of your group?
I sometimes think people want to classify a church as the physical building you go to when it isn’t. The building has nothing to do with it. It is GOD’s presence. And you’re right. GOD showed that even simple sand can be Holy Ground when his presence is there. Here’s an interesting question back to you. When we all leave do you think GOD is still present within the building?? Also let me ask this. Does GOD only show his presence in buildings or on land where Roman Catholics gather??hi inchrist101… my piont is a church is a Holy place because of God’s presence there.not becuase He is worshipped there.Moses took off his sandels in the presence of God because the ground he was standing on was declared by God to be Holy.maybe i misunderstood you when you were saying church is not a building but the people in it.
Rinnie is the Devil also in the Catholic church?I can answer this one God is everywhere. But its sad to say so is the Devil.

Do you believe his presence exists in our building when we have church on Sunday mornings at 9am and 11am?? Be careful now because you are answering for GOD.
Enjoy. But when you get a chance. Tell me why he wouldn’t still be in my building. Why only yours. What’s so special about it?hi inchrist101…a catholic church building has no private owners but is owned by the church it’s self.2 i know in the catholic church He is still present pysically and in spirit.in your building no…3 God is free to make His presence where ever He wills.but if you are asking about His physical presence then yes and only at the consercartion of the Eucharist.4 then if you want God’s answer ask Him. this has been a ineresting chat my son wants to get out to the shop so we can work on his go-cart.peace.
Oh yes. Yes he is. And the worst part is he could be the sweet litle old lady who prays and will never miss a sunday or Holy Day, but the minute she steps out of those doors spreads nothing but lies, and makes trouble for everyone.Rinnie is the Devil also in the Catholic church?
So true. Isn’t it amazing that he knows he’s going to lose. His loss is guaranteed. Why doesn’t he just give up?? It’s like playing a football game that you know you’ve already lost. Why play. I guess to try and inflict damage to the other team. Kind of what satan does to us.Oh yes. Yes he is. And the worst part is he could be the sweet litle old lady who prays and will never miss a sunday or Holy Day, but the minute she steps out of those doors spreads nothing but lies, and makes trouble for everyone.
how i really wanted to answer you was i know he is he drives me to church every sunday. But i want him to finish putting down my hardwood floors so i have to be nice and not pick on him. YETRinnie is the Devil also in the Catholic church?
You either do or don’t attend a non-denominational church where you serve as a Deacon. You state this as if it may not actually be a fact.I may attend a non-denominational church where I serve as a Deacon but I can guarantee you Jesus is with us and we are soooo with HIM. When I pass from this life I find it hard to believe my Saviour would turn his back on me.
Make sure he does a good job. Put him to workhow i really wanted to answer you was i know he is he drives me to church every sunday. But i want him to finish putting down my hardwood floors so i have to be nice and not pick on him. YET
You only grabbed a small blip of my post which makes it seem like I’m being non-committal. Nice trick. The fact is I do attend a non-denominational church and do serve as a Deacon. Don’t carve up my post to suit your argument. You either do or don’t attend a non-denominational church where you serve as a Deacon. You state this as if it may not actually be a fact.
Interesting. You really think Heaven begins now?? All I know is I will never turn my back on Jesus. He’s never failed me.It is not Jesus who will turn His back on us. It is us who may or may not turn our back on Him. It is not something that we do or choose after death or in eternity. It is something that we have already freely chosen in this life. Heaven begins now. So does hell.
How so?? Believe with all your heart, mind, and soul. Have Faith. Don’t just say it. Live it. Be a slave to Jesus not sin. Where’s the confusion. When I read what you are saying about your view of faith and salvation, I am hearing it in somewhat contradictory terms.
Agreed. I choose to accept Jesus. That makes me a part of HIS church. From the moment of our Baptism and Confirmation, and the reception of the Holy Spirit of God, we may either continue on in Christ’s Body (The Church) and Live or we may reject Him and die. We are always free to choose between God’s will and Satan’s temptations.
Yes it’s disgusting isn’t it. 6 billion people in the world give or take. 2 Billion Christians. 66% of the world just isn’t getting it.There are countless souls who reject Christ in the Eucharist day in and day out. What will such a soul choose upon death, when brought to the realization of their countless rejections of Him during their life upon earth? Will such souls choose eternal life in Christ? Or will they choose the reality of their earthly rejections of Him?
Me too. That’s why I choose Christ now and forever. What’s the problem here. All I know is that I don’t want to be the the pour soul with a choice to make now, but who has a fatal realization upon my earthly death. I prefer to choose Christ now, and in every way that He manifests Himself to me.
Yes it is. I’m glad I participate in the Lord’s supper every week.Jesus said that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He also said that I do not have “Life in me” if I do not eat His Flesh and drink His Blood. That is a very concrete truth.
That was beautiful. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Agree 100%. Again what’s the problem??I either have Him in me through the means provided by Christ, by the working of the Holy Spirit in His Body (The Church), or I don’t. This presence of Christ in me is accomplished most concretely and most visibly when I eat His Body and Drink His Blood in Holy Communion with His Church. It is accomplished less visibly when I reject sin and do the Will of His Father. The grace to do the Will of God depends upon the reception of Christ Himself. This truth is the beautiful mystery of of the Gospel being made manifest by the working of the Holy Spirit.
You’re speaking my heart here. Seriously. Isn’t Jesus AWESOME? Isn’t GOD AWESOME? You know the answer to that already. We are sinful and undeserving. Yet through GOD’s grace we have Jesus. And through Jesus we have eternal life. What a GIFT. What a GIFT. All GOD asks of us is to accept his son. What’s wrong with 66% of the world then??This is not something that I can truly claim for myself. It is something that only He can claim in us by seeing Himself in us. He sees Himself reflected in us through our faith, through our actions, and through the very fact of seeing Himself “in us”.
I’m having trouble with the Heaven begins now but that’s OK. With Jesus on my side I can face anything in this world. Remember 1+GOD is always the majority. This is what it means to have Eternal Life. Heaven begins now.
