Hardly. Maybe in some places, not in DC (far too many food choices downtown for that kind of line anywhere)

For me, I was at the one in Germantown Maryland at 11:00 and it was swamped already (and it never is busy before noon). The one in Manassas, Virginia was also swamped, as was the one in Reston, VA. (All DC suburbs)

Chick-fil-A in Martinsburg evacuated due to reported bomb threat

The Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Martinsburg was evacuated Wednesday after reportedly receiving a bomb threat, Berkeley County Sheriff Kenneth Lemaster Jr. confirmed.

The threat was later deemed a hoax, said Martinsburg Police.

Martinsburg Police Department officers were handling the threat and a U.S. National Park Service official was handling a K-9 that was inspecting the property Wednesday afternoon.

According to the STL Post-Dispatch, there are crowds in Arnold, which has the reputation as a red-neck suburb. They are not reporting on any of the CfA’s near St Louis University, or in the tonier suburbs.

Of course this newspaper is not known for it’s fair and balanced reporting.

Took the kids to chik-fil-A today around 3:30. It was packed. Score one for free speech and religious freedom! The staff was gracious, the dining area clean, despite the crowds. Someone was even going around refilling beverages. We will be back! The media equating support of traditional marriage with hatred is absurd.

The only thing the Post-Dispatch is good for is if you roll it up, drive it to Chicago and bop Rahm Emanuel on the head with it. 🙂
