I would be extremely wary of that.
First of all, call me pedant, but “energy” is a word with an exact, scientific meaning which has nothing whatsoever to do with “chakra” or “coils in the perineum”, and using scientific terms as spiritual buzzwords (or vice versa, of course) is a telltale sign of crackpottery.
But more importantly, the link that you gave advocates using yoga to “awake the Kundalini” in order to “remove the knots of the major chakras” and develop them into “full-blooming lotus forms”, for the ultimate purpose of “attaining the highest spiritual achievement” and, ultimately, achieving “the union with divine”.
Now, yoga as a purely physical practice can, I think, have its legitimate uses (but there is another thread about this); however, I really do not think that the above program to reach the Divine is actually feasible, let alone wise, if one starts from a Catholic (or even Protestant, unless I am mistaken) standpoint.
It lacks any kind of “beyondness”, and it lacks any form of invocation of mercy and assistance from God: according to the framework described in your link, one can “gain” God through some physical and mental efforts, with no need whatsoever for His intervention or mercy. And this is a serious issue, since Heaven just cannot be gained through mere human effort.
