Catholics shouldn’t practice the 613 mitzvot of the jews (Mosaic Law) or adopt Jewish holidays. If they do this they are Judaizers. The church was quite openly opposed to judaizers.

Moreover the rabbi’s don’t want non-jews to practice the Mosaic Law either.
I read and listen to stuff about judaism for two reasons. One I want to know how the old testament is applied. Two I have an interest in jews and a high regard for them.
I get confused when I read in the Didache statements like:
“Do not keep the same fast-days as the hypocrites. Mondays and thursdays, are their days for fasting, so yours should be Wednesdays and Fridays”
Or in the new testament where it can be implied that the Pharisees were all hypocrites and empty tombs.
I believe some of the Pharisees were but using my reason I see all kinds of people with varying degrees of charity and love, many of them non-catholics.
Moreover I have personally witnessed a lot of twisted stuff said in regards to Jews on the internet and heard a lot of twisted stuff.
If you want to know more about judaism I recommend a website called:

Here’s a link to what I’m listening too:
