Because we have a loan shark named China. If the USA is broke why is it waging undeclared wars in Afghanistan and Libya?

Perhaps, but it may well be that such a blatant statement of purpose would never have passed the Security Council. Many nations are uneasy about the possibility that the UN could be used as a tool to organize a military invasion of them.I keep hearing that the mission of the UN is not to get rid of Muammar Gaddafi but to protect the citizens of Libya. Won’t it make more sense to get rid of the psychopathic lunatic who caused this mess in the first place?![]()
Maybe he should be impeached.“The president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.” - Sen. Barack Obama December 20, 2007.

nytimes.com/2011/03/23/world/africa/23libya.html?ref=global-homeAccording to the United States military, the F-15E Strike Eagle warplane went down late Monday “when the aircraft experienced equipment malfunction.” The aircraft, normally based in England, was flying out of Aviano Air Base in northeastern Italy when it crashed.“Both crew members ejected and are safe,” an American statement said.
He’s no different then any other president since Reagan. Will we be launching a no fly zone over Bahrain to protect the protesters from the violent regime and the invading Saudi - UAE army?
Barrack Obama is a blood thirsty warmonger.
The constitution is an irrelevant document. The mob bosses met at the UN and agreed on a hit in Libya.
That is the truth. He’s no different then any other president since Reagan.
As I recall, Libya killed a number of Americans in Libya. Reagan said no one would harm Americans while he was president and not pay (or words to that effect). What is the reason we are there now? What is the objective? What is the end game? This has not been explained to us. Perhaps you know something the rest of us don’t know. He’s no different then any other president since Reagan.
Try it. World Net Daily will even sell you posters from their bookshop urging it.Maybe he should be impeached.
It’s the tracks laid by some of the others that concern me.Talk of impeachment is silly. We must get used to the fact that for the next two years, there will be no one in the wheelhouse. (Maybe for years after that.) He is more like a train engineer. Europeans, the UN and others laid the tracks and the train will merely follow the rails to another quagmire. Maybe he can play with the throttle a little to give the illusion of control. We’ve been sucked into another war we can’t afford anymore than the other two wars.
I don’t need a poster. It’s on a massive billboard overlooking the highway as you leave Ft Riley, right beside the equally large billboard proclaiming “Say NO to Government Motors - Buy a Ford” provided by Dick Edwards Ford.Try it. World Net Daily will even sell you posters from their bookshop urging it.![]()
President Obama isn’t violating the Constitution unless he declares war against Libya without congressional approval. Mind you, the U.S. hasn’t formally declared a war since Harry Truman sent troops to Korea, stating that the Korean War was simply a “police action.” No formal declaration of war, no constitutional crisis – that’s been true for the past six decades.“The president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.” - Sen. Barack Obama December 20, 2007.
