Chocolate has caffeine, but not as much as coffee. Caffeine helps most people with migraines.
I was probably around 13 when I had my first cup of coffee. I remember it was Nabob instant at a friend’s house. It was okay. We never had coffee at home as both my parents were dedicated tea drinkers, which is what I still drink myself. Normally I consume about 4 to 6 cups of tea a day, however, on weekends, first thing in the morning I like a large mug of decaff coffee with coffeemate and sugar. I let the grounds sit in the the water overnight and bring them to a boil in the morning. Let sit for two minutes and all the grounds sink to the bottom. By afternoon, though, I’m ready for a full pot of tea.how old people here were when you started drinking coffee
